Clean room, nice and quiet, friendly staff. Good location for the beach and local restaurants.

PERSONAL SEHR FREUNDLICh,SCHÖNE,SAUBERE zimmer

Bei meiner Ankunft um 22:00 Uhr war das Hotel geschlossen. Ich musste rund 15 Minuten warten, bis jemand erschien. Der Mitarbeiter pendelte zwischen mehreren Hotels der Kette, um die Check-ins abzuwickeln. Zunächst erhielt ich ein Zimmer im 2. Obergeschoss direkt am Aufzug, wodurch jedes Geräusch deutlich zu hören war. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer hinter der Rezeption zugewiesen. Mir wurde ausdrücklich zugesichert, dass es ruhig sei. Spätestens um 6:30 Uhr wurde ich jedoch durch Gespräche an der Rezeption geweckt. Wieder einzuschlafen war nicht mehr möglich. Beim späteren Kaffeetrinken im Restaurant wurden ohne Rücksprache weitere Gäste an meinen Tisch gesetzt. Diese Entscheidung traf das Servicepersonal eigenmächtig. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend und frustrierend. Ich kann dieses kleine Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Spacious, modern & clean. Loved the wallpaper. Friendly staff. Just a short stroll to the beach. The best bit is that they provide a kettle. 😁☕

Nettes Personal, perfekte Lage (nur einen Katzensprung vom Strand entfernt). Grosses Zimmer/Bad. Wir waren zufrieden.

Le réceptionniste était agréable et souriant, la chambre est propre, fonctionnelle, petite attention avec café, thé et bouteilles d'eau bien apprécié. La salle de bain bien équipée et propre. La situation géographique est bien situé, pas loin de la mer avec des bars ouverts tard le soir, des épiceries aux horaires tardifs sont à côtés de l'hôtel. Le seul petit bemol est le petit déjeuner mauvaise organisation, certes il y a la barrière de la langue, mais avec le traducteur tout est facilité. Nous avons redemandé un croissant qui a bien été compris par la serveuse mais jamais porter. Je recommande cet hôtel qui est à prix abordable mais le petit déjeuner est décevant .

Feel the roof terrace could have been a lot nicer and comfortable.As it is it is scruffy and not pleasant.Such a shame.

Very clean and tidy. Beds made and fresh otwels every day. Great food outside in the downstairs restaurant.

Good location

I stayed for 2 nights. There was no hot water for a shower on either morning. I do not believe I should have to advise staff that there is no hot water. It is something which should absolutely be a non issue. It is unacceptable. There was also a continuous smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby. Everything else was fine but like I said. No hot water means I would never stay here again.

Was very happy with this little place, staff are excellent (esp Alberto) cute room with good space to move about and unpack with a wardrobe. I have to say very comfortable bed was very surprised and made all the difference. And the cafe / restaurant in the ground floor had a solid selection of breakfast and coffee and lunch meals at a great price. So we loved it would definitely stay here again. One point is the towels please can you get some softer/thicker towels and more of them as it was so hot so we were showering. Also location is fab. Well done 🙏

Good location for the beach, with places to eat nearby. We were lucky to be offered a better room than we had ordered, and check in was really friendly and informative. Very satisfied with the place for our short stay.

Sehr laut, man hört wirlich alles. Straße, Abfluss, andere Gäste. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Eingang glich einer Abstellkammer
