Beautiful property with clean, comfortable, excellent accommodations. Staff and concierge could not have been nicer or more helpful. The concierge staff, especially Elena, gave us exceptional insight and information about the area . Their recommendations were perfect, and they made the Reservations for us. Help make this make this a perfect vacation.

Perfect 4* hotel, but tbh it’s better than some 5* in Porto Cervo where I stayed previously. Definitely will choose this hotel for my next stay in Sardinia. All the hotel staff is so caring and friendly. Very easy parking and safe territory. Breakfast was served in cosy little garden terrace near the pool and choice of food for breakfast just perfect. Ideal driving distance to supermarket or beach or Porto Cervo centre. Loved everything. 10 out of 10. Thank you for all staff for making our stay so special

My wife and I are really demanding (see difficult) when it comes to hotels that giving a 5 star is pretty exceptional. Relais Villa Carola deserves a solid 5 stars. Starting with cleanliness, the room was spotless and the bathroom as clean as our home's. The staff are all tremedously kind, smiling, always ready to help and super knowledgeable of the island. The Relais itself is gated and made us feel so safe and not worry about our car rental and belongings. It is also 10 minutes away from all the key spots (Porto Cervo pier and luxury mall, top beaches, restaurants,...). The morning breakfast is in a beautiful terrace with a view, and includes special measures for COVID19; on the menu are fresh omelettes, fruits, cheeses, and a wide variety of other options. Again top level cleanliness! I do not usually write reviews, but this place felt like home and we could not leave it without giving it the credit it is due. Congrats to this team and the owners of this business, we will recommend it to all our friends and come back again when in Sardegna.

We enjoyed a brief stay as we explored the area. The beautiful property shows a lot of attention to detail, from the modern decor of the rooms, well designed compact kitchenettes, lovely spacious bathrooms and closets. That said, what our villa lacked was "indoor dining". It appears guests are to eat on the outside terrace as that is where the table and chairs are. But that only works in good weather, and during our stay, it was quite chilly and windy, so this issue was a bit of a drawback in our villa and actually in their breakfast room too, which has only 3 tables inside. All other seating is outside. On other fronts, the breakfast was good, coffee great, staff friendly and helpful, location central for our needs, but a car is very practical for this property. Good WiFi and really clean :) We enjoyed our stay, other than the "seating" part.

Great location for visiting Costa Smeralda. Easy access to everything. Nice staff, beautiful modern rooms, spacious bathrooms free parking and a wonderful breakfast. Enjoyed the hotel’s “happy hour” where they offered local wines, bread, cheese and dry sausages.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is built inton the hill with lovely mountain and sea views. It's very peaceful and has a lovely courtyard to enjoy breakfast which is plentifull. There is a very good trattoria nearby too. Staff are very attentive and even gave us a lovely bunch of flowers as it was our 25th wedding anniversary

Cannot recommend this enough, a beautiful place to stay very relaxing, a pleasant and very helpful lady in reception made our stay memorable. The property is newly built but nestles into the hillside like it has been there for years, tastefully furnishings boutique style, we had the deluxe double sea view room with balcony.

Sehr schönes, gut aufgebautes Hotel mit gepflegtem, schön angelegtem Garten und traumhaften Pool. Top Service von der Rezeption und vom Personal beim Restaurant (Frühstück,..). Umfangreiches und frisch zubereitetes Frühstück, war sehr köstlich.

Et fantastisk hotel med den bedste beliggenhed som er så smuk og ikke mindst den venlighed der er på hotellet er bare så imødekommende og servicen så perfekt. Værelserne er rummelige god rengøring hver dag morgenmaden virkelig hyggelig poolområdet er virkelig bare i orden så kan kun give dette sted de bedste anbefalinger
