The pillows are atrocious but otherwise the stay was phenomenal.

Amazing hotel in the center of ortisei. We also got given free transport passes and access to the local pool and spa!

일단 오르티세이 가장 한복판 버스정류장 바로 앞인게 가장 큰 매력이고 아침 조식 또한 훌륭 했습니다 휴식을 위해 히노끼와 야외 요워터풀 욕조도 있어서 산행 후 피로 회복에도 참 좋았어요

The room was so hot with no air conditioning and when told to open the window it got even hotter. The towels were like sandpaper and the bed was like sleeping on the bare floor. Also there was only one outlet in the room and it was across the room

オルティゼーイの中心部で便利でした。同じ建物内にあるレストランは美味しかったです。オルティゼーイでは水道水が飲めて美味しいのでミネラルウォーターはいりません。

Great location in center of town. A little loud off main highway but significantly helped by river noise. No air conditioning , so warmer than you may want in middle of summer

Couldn't recommend this hotel more! Peter was an incredible, caring host and the hotel is so incredibly easy to get to and access tons of restaurants and adventures nearby. Awesome breakfast and a truly amazing experience!

Great Hotel. The place is better than the Pictures. Staff polite, good Location, confy and quite room. We booked a 4 guest room and it was pretty big. It had even a second bathroom. Reccomend

Great location in the center of town. Peter and the rest of the staff were outstanding! We really enjoyed the second floor balcony every afternoon. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was made exceptional by the staff. Everyone was so kind and friendly, the provided us with anything we asked for. We were greated with warm smiles and enthusiastic hellos Everytime we came in and went out. The location was amazing walking distance to all the best attractions.

Ottima accoglienza e pulizia . Ottimo servizio e colazione . Posizione strategica x passeggiate ed escursioni adatte a tutti. Bella stanza spaziosa luminosa peccato mancasse un piccolo frigobar e anche un piccolo tavolino o scrittoio. In generale molto buono e personale cortese e disponibile.

Ortisei var et fantastisk reisemål og dette var et fint sted å bo. Sentralt rett på torget ved bussholdeplassen. Veldig god service og veldig bra frokost. Rommet var fint, men sengene var harde. Vi fikk gratis adgang til badeland rett i nærheten, og det var bra.

sehr gute zentrale Lage. Personal sehr freundlich. Umfangreiches Frühstück. Hatte Standard Zimmer 9 bekommen. Sehr klein, Fenster hofseitig, zeitweiliger Treffpunkt der Angestellten zur Rauchpause. Nachts bei offenem Fenster laut wegen Straßennähe. Würde ich nicht mehr nehmen.
