you get what your pay for, bed was comfortable. room was in bad shape and the water didnt get that hot. nothing super bad though

Was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations considering how much I paid. It’s a steal honestly in this city on an event night. I highly recommend Summit Inn if you’re looking for a good quality cheap hotel.

The property clean, rooms very cleaned, no smoke smell, bed smell linen smelled fresh, check-in was very easy, the staff, very friendly, room sat-up with everything needed. Property quiet, no people standing around, very convenient located to everything I needed.

Room was unfinished. Unpainted drywall,

The hotel is old and the area is sketchy .There is a big gap in the door and the door bolt does not hold and someone can open to get in. We feel so unsafe and found ourselves another hotel that evening.The parking looks ok but the area seems not safe and we have an Alfa Romeo Lesson learned get a name brand hotel

The water gets hot instantly. The staff and everything was great. Very clean and quiet

Was pretty clean, good a/c, good water pressure. Kinda large gap on bottom of door but other than that great room

Needed clean towels they were used

Creole kitchen, across the street, is amazing & the reason I sleep well despite incredibly loud fan & smelly room!

I love it there!

Didnt feel safe as front office spoke to me through a window so they dont feel safe either

The inn was being repaired and the room was very dusty and the bed linens were dusty and gritty. The location was very good for the Medical Center and our cancer Dr.. Restaurants were close. Was glad to be able to find a place as their is a oil convention in Houston. Thankful
