冷氣睡到半夜會不冷，房間在2樓沒有電梯行李搬上去有點困擾，其他整體來說都不錯

服務很好可以用信息聯絡確認。房間用品齊全。 環境舒適乾淨。 後面有一間 7-11 便利店。 雖然距車站有些遠。 但整體很好。

Place was nice for Hakone. Quiet and close to the station. A bit hot when we arrived, but the multiple a/c units quickly cooled down the rooms. The loft on top was a hit for the kids who loved their private space.

電子レンジが使えない。家電が全てイマイチです。いろいろザコい感じでした。

I liked the set-up of the rooms. Everything was nicely set up and good explanations were available.
