We enjoyed our 2-night stay at the MOB hotel very much. Located at the hip area of Confluence with tramway next door, the hotel’s exterior is very contemporary and modern. The hotel lobby and interior are wonderfully decorated, and the little shop near the front door has a great selection of products, including their own clothing line with T-shirts and sweaters which are nice. Check in was very smooth, and the staff was very warm, friendly and helpful. She offered us a lot of tips for our transportation and sightseeing, which were very helpful. The room’s interior design is lovely and modern. It’s not a huge room, but spacious enough for the two of us. The room has a balcony, ours also has a view of the river. The bathroom has no door. The open bathroom design is good if you’re a couple, but might be a problem if you’re staying with a friend or family. The bed and mattress is good but the pillow was not that comfortable. One thing we find annoying is the music from the restaurant, which we can hear quite clearly from our 3/F room. We could still fall asleep, but the noise was still quite annoying. Luckily it stopped at around midnight. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, there was however some free pastries and fruits near the entrance for you to eat, which is quite nice, the croissants and pain au chocolat were tasty. For drinking water, you can fill up a large glass bottle at the lobby, you can even choose sparkling water. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel.

Quite a few Public parking space around the hotel are free of charge during public holidays and August. 5 mins-walk T1 tram stop connecting township. Only a pity that power was shut off for 2 or 3 hours during our stay and got no information from staff. Great food and layout.

This hotel is in a great location for tourist attractions. Everything was a short ride on the trams and the nearest stop is only a few minutes walk (Confluences museum stop). The room I stayed in was closest to the river. Other reviews say the train lines kept them awake, I only noticed this once, but never loud enough to wake me. The only downside is that the furniture, decor and linen were a bit worn. A bath mat and towel were ripped with holes and the sheets were thin and slightly fraying. The water temperature in the shower kept changing, but only slightly. Also the breakfast offering was slim; I'd recommend giving it a miss, not worth the money in my opinion. I paid for the breakfast but didn't eat anything and even got hassled for having a specialised coffee and ended up paying an extra €5. Not much I know, but reception said they were included, and considering the restaurant staff checked me in at breakfast and saw I wasn't eating, you'd think they'd been more accommodating and not hassled me.

Chambre très propre. Il y a un passage de train en dessous de l'hôtel, mais les fenêtre sont très bien isolé. Personnel très agréable et sympathique. Emplacement de l'hôtel pas mauvais. Tram a 5 minutes à pied (pas toujours à l'heure).

un peu déroutant. A l’arrivée on apprend que les chambres sont dépourvues de TV « c’est le concept ». Équipe jeune et sympathique mais pas forcément du sérail, notamment coté restaurant. Personnel jeune et très agréable mais qui n’a visiblement pas de formation en restauration. Joli four à pizza, mais pas convaincant. Certes il y a des flammes mais pas dues au bois. Il est à gaz et ne chauffe pas assez. Donc les jolies pizzas et ses ingrédients sortent à peine tiède et pas assez cuits. Même résultat malgré un renvoi très gentil pour une dde de réchauffage. Il n’y a pas de parking, sauf 4 places réservées le long de la rue, et forcément très peu disponibles, et quand bien même, gros risque de vandalisme des véhicules garés la nuit. Expérience très mitigée pour ma part. Dommage.

Très bon accueil, chambre avec vue sur la Saône, petit balcon avec chaises et table basse. Salle de restaurant et petit déjeuner très agréable. Proche du tram 1, à 2 pas du musée.

Hotel très bien. NE VOUS GAREZ PAS SUR LE PARKING A COTE. Je me suis fais fracturer mon véhicule, et visiblement cela arrive quotidiennement.

Le cadre général est super sympa, original, design et l'ambiance est hyper agréable. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin, souriant et très serviable.
