Pros: great location clean and neat hotel family friendly yummy karaage at breakfast coin laundry available at lobby friendly staff comfy beds nice bathroom with complete toiletries they kept our luggages for free for 4 days when we went to osaka cons: you have to leave room keys (for mandatory cleaning) every 10am to 3pm. You can't stay in your room during those times few selection for breakfast but served buffet style. Same dishes daily.
