Clean spacious room , excellent breakfast , excellent courteous servers, excellent spa

O hotel é muito bem localizado, e o quarto em que ficamos era amplo e confortável. O grande diferencial, no entanto, são as diversas experiências que oferece aos hóspedes. Há passeios e tours para conhecer a região, além de atividades diárias, algumas incluídas na hospedagem e outras com custo extra. O café da manhã é simplesmente divino. Outro ponto importante é que o hotel irá fechar para fazer uma grande reforma em 2026 o que certamente agregará ainda mais as hospedagens. Sem dúvida, super recomendamos!

ein wenig mehr Coronaabstand zwischen den Tischen und es wäre perfekt

Albergo decisamente di livello, con camere ampie, spaziose e luminose. Comodo parcheggio e vicinanza alla fermata del bus per Brunico (in alternativa 30 min a piedi)... nel soggiorno ci hanno anche dato il pass per i mezzi di trasporto. Ottima la prima colazione con un vasto buffet (gestito in modo ottimale per la situazione COVID-19), ampia scelta e ottimi prodotti.

Location bellissima, servizio eccellente, struttura di alto livello, camere spaziose, confortevoli e ben arredate. Unica leggera pecca la cucina che non ritengo essere all'altezza del contesto generale. Suggerisco alla direzione una maggior scelta di cibo salato per il buffet del pomeriggio

Sehr schönes Hotel nahe am Skigebiet mit regelmäßigen kostenlosen Shuttlenbussen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist vorzüglich. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir nur von der Rezeption, hier ließ die Freundlichkeit teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl einige Lampen in unserem Zimmer nicht funktionierten, war es doch ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Der Saunabereich ist sehr schön hergerichtet.

Fantastic hotel! Such a beautifully clean hotel with gorgeous grounds and facilities, huge rooms with extremely comfortable beds! We had an incredible nights sleep, however the staff are an absolute asset to the hotel! It is always wonderful to be welcomed by such happy staff that go out of their way to help in any way, we were collected from the train station within 5 minutes with no prior booking and welcomed with a glass of champagne and upgraded to a mountain view room without asking!We sat looking up at the mountains and stars from the gorgeous hottub and warm swimming pool in peaceful surroundings. We arrived late evening after the kitchen was closed however the chef still went out of his way to cook us some tomato spaghetti for one of our fussier travellers, and breakfast was again welcomed with friendly faces and an explanation of the delicious food on offer, couldn’t have felt more welcome! Well done we would certainly visit again!

It is a wonderful old style hotel! Beautiful building, spa facilities, pool (inside - outside). Exceptional breakfast and dinner. Big comfortable room. Just one thing, Vera, please, don't advice people to go to Munt da Rina, if they don't specifically ask for hiking. It is steep, very long (about 1.45 each way), and no rewarding views even at the top.

Ottima struttura sia nell’accoglienza che nella pulizia delle stanze, parte ristorante ottima con piatti ben cucinati sia nel menu che nella parte buffet. Stanze pulite e comodissime negli spazi. Unico parte non totalmente all’altezza di tutto il resto della struttura è la parte spa con massaggi.

Einfach super. Alles stimmt, man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Durchwegs sehr nette Mitarbeiter, man ist perfekt umsorgt. Sehr schönes Haus.

Wir hatten vor unserem Auftenthalt schon einige Tage in sehr guten Hotels In Meran und La Villa verbracht, und wurden hier etwas enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und scheint etwas vernachlässigt, insbesondere was die Gartenanlage und das Gebäude betrifft.. Der Welnnesbereich müsste ganz erneuert werden. Der In - Aussen Pool ist eher ein Planschbecken zum Abkühlen, aber kein Schwimmbecken wie man das in ähnlichen Hotels findet.
