现代风格，房间宽敞，基本卫生，但淋浴间地面有一些污渍和变色。

床太软，不利于睡眠。 也许是时候升级一下房间里的家具了。

在这里度过了愉快的时光，非常干净，服务也很好。推荐！！！

The staff at the hotel provides one of the best services I've ever experienced at a hotel! They are welcoming, greet you every time they see you, and offer to carry your bags and shopping hauls back to your room for you. 10/10 would definitely stay again when I'm in Kuala Lumpur.

Dari pertama datang semua nya kurang nyaman, walau anda adalah member Accor plus platinum ke atas anda tidak akan mendapatkan semua fasilitas member anda ketika anda membeli di aplikasi. Terus saya dapat kamar 614 kalo tidak salah, semua oke sih, suasana kamar dan lain-lain oke, sampai ke toilet di sini ada masalah, dimana air di toilet tidak mau nge flush jadi semua kotoran BAB kita keluar sampai ke lantai dan itu menjijikan sekali. Dan saya minta pindah kamar, di kasih kamar 701 (padahal sebelum nya di bilang waktu minta upgrade karena member gold dan my birthday also, mereka bilang all room full) (¬_¬-(¬_¬), di kamar 701 semua oke tapi sayang view nya ke lapangan parkir mobil, terus semua perlengkapan mandi (body wash, shampoo dan lain-lain baru pake 4x mandi sudah habis, minta refill lama banget datang sampai time check out sisa 15 menit buat mandi. Sorry saya harus kasih bintang 2 untuk semua layanan kalian, yang bintang 5 hanya service di resto dari chef Hakeem, dia terbaik lah, dia live cooking pasta dan memberikan taste yang enak banget.

I really love the hotel and definitely will be back! Very nice place for holiday and the reception staff very friendly, provide free early check in and late check out at 1pm. Love the hotel so much

The bed is amazing, also the amenities, the gym and the shower. The breakfast a bit underwhelming but I love the rendang ayam and mee goreng mamak. The staff was also great. I had problem in the morning calling the front desk and the operator, unanswered phone call for many times. But it was good stay, there 's a shopping mall next to it.

It was a super amazing stay-room was clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, service was quick etc. Supermarket, Starbucks, convenience store and restaurants were very accessible. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the stay! For a hotel in the middle of Bangsar (a busy area), the hotel is quiet and no fuss-a vacation away from the city, in the city. The room was truly luxurious, we didn't expect such a spacious room and really enjoyed the space. Always love how sleeping on Sofitel bed is like sleeping on the cloud, and the bath tub is definitely bigger than usual! A win on all front, this is going to be my favorite staycation spot!

The hotel were clean, kept really well. Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the front desk does not gives people a warm/welcoming feeling, there was no smile and the whole check in process felt very rushed. Also during the night we called the Housekeeping to ask for extra water and waited for 30 minutes, I tried to call to remind them just in case it got overlooked, but most of the line were unavailable so I had to go down to the lobby to talk to the front office. But was being told"we are all busy". I think if the hotel is expecting high occupancy over the weekend, would be good to allocate more staff so they staff are not overworked + looked tired and no time to pick up phone calls.

It was my first time on staycation with my family and it was an amazing time and the service provided by the staff's were amazing. I will definitely come back!

Parking is very expensive! Rm 64/day. Overall is good.

The receptionist still requested me to cap rm 500 on my credit card-even though my stay had been paid inadvance. Upon checked out they said the capped will be released back in a week. Why?

Great value for money. Spacious room with nice design. The only downside is the limited breakfast spread. Would come again but might skip the breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful, although had to wait for more than 30 minutes to check in due to long line. All in all is a great place to stay.

Worst hotel experience, room is not even ready and waited until 6pm! Their compensation is only 2 glasses of orange juice and not even proper apology from the Indian receptionist or compensate for late check out and so. Money wasted with so-called 5 stars hotel

Had a pleasant and comfortable night stay over here. Its so relaxing however the parking is quite expensive and is not complimentary to guests.
