We stayed at fortune Park, BBD, Lucknow from 29th march 2026 to 31st march 2026. we had an amazing experience, we stayed at the clubroom on the first floor, which was beautiful, with all the facilities, room was clean. hotel front desk Mandeep was very cooperative and congeniel. they have a restraurant on the first floor by the name of orchid, food was tasty and of good quality, but the menu was limited. they should add more items in their ala carte menu, we were attended by Chetan and shaista, they were very warm and forthcoming. infact on our departure, they surprised us with complimentary bakery gift packs from their restaurant, which was very heart touching. overall great hospitality. we will definitely come back to this hotel again and highly recommend this to others, its very close to hazratganj market, gomti river front.. good location as well.

Room was great. But the carpets on the corridors truly need to be replaced. They look shabby. That is my only reason for not giving the hotel Excellent.

Room was clean, but the basics were lacking. The staff made the room but they simply dumped the pillows and the cushions in the bay window and closed the curtains hoping that we wont notice. The room slippers were absent, they gave when we asked. Forgot the replace the toilet paper

Fortune Park BBD: The Best of Our Trip (5/5 Stars) ​Our stay at Fortune Park BBD in Lucknow was simply flawless and has been the best hotel experience on our trip so far. We found no faults whatsoever with the physical amenities or the quiet ambiance of the hotel. The slightly out-of-city location provides a welcome peaceful retreat. ​The dining was highly impressive. Good hotel in the middle of a chaotic city

Overall the hotel was good. I stayed there because it is very close to my in-law’s home. The food was okay too. A few quirks: they would give only one room key. This was fairly inconvenient, as my wife and I had different schedules. Also, it seems they would not let you control the temperature (we visited in December) so the room was cold at night. When I called late night, they offered to send a technician. I did not want a technician in the room at that hour of the night, so I just slept through the cold temperature. Would I stay there again?: probably, given the convenient location for me, otherwise there are other hotels I stayed at that I prefer.

I spent four nights here and the hotel far exceeded my expectations. The double occupancy deluxe room was very spacious (and could have easily accommodated another single bed), air conditioning in August worked very well, the internet was fast and reliable, hot water and shower pressure were great, and room service was quick. The restaurant buffet options for breakfast and dinner were quite lavish. There is also a nice swimming pool on the terrace which I did not use but would certainly consider the next time. It's at a busy intersection and chaotic but that's true for most Indian roads. I will definitely stay here again.
