The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Thank you Josh for help us out. The room is clean and we particularly appreciate wooden floor. The food are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay. This hotel really left us a very warming feeling and happy memory from Wales. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

Excellent hotel stayed a few times now and always first class

We didn't sleep all night as the mattresses were absolutely like concrete. Also , 1pm before we were due to arrive at 3pm , we got a call saying, as it was boxing day, the whole hotel was closing at 4.30 , no bar , nothing all night. Had we known this, we wouldn't have stayed. The room was also very draughty from the old windows. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Lovely comfy room , friendly staff , good food and a great atmosphere

Nice big family room. Bit chilly on an evening. Would preferred double bed closer to the room door and twin in the other room so parents were closer to the exit than kids but it’s a minor gripe! Hotel parking was easy and it was a 20m walk to town centre and restaurants and not far from the seafront.

Great free onsite parking, 20min walk into Llandudno. Staff are friendly. Lovely building. Everything about this place just felt like it needed a good deep clean. There was mold in the shower, there was dust filled on the back of the hairdryer which meant that it over heated. Everything just felt a little grimey. Breakfast was okay. It was fine for one night.

This pub / hotel was just fine for a night or two. We had dinner too and that was very good. We enjoyed a comfortable night. It is close to Llandudno.
