Everything was great, easy drive into Gettysberg. But it is long drive through shopping mall parking lot signs would help.

Great hotel that had everything we were looking for on our visit to the Gettysburg area.

We stayed here while in town visiting the Gettysburg area. Hotel was nice and breakfast was great! Hotel staff was pleasant and made our experience very easy

Average property with average breakfast. Suited our purpose but glad we were only there for one night.

On Saturday the hotel lost power early afternoon at the three hour mark we decided to check out a day early because of heat. The heat was to much for us. The hotel had no estimate of the time being with out power another storm was approaching.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. I have a bad back and my room fridge didn't have a freezer. They were kind enough to put it into the main freezer! The breakfast attendant kept everything well stocked and super clean! He did a great job! The location feels really safe!

Overall comfort, cleanliness and feeling of being a safe area were excellent. The daily room service began deteriorating toward the end, maybe on our 4th night of 7 night stay; not making our bed, not replenishing toilet paper (we had to go down to get extras twice) and not leaving additional makeup removers. Also during our stay, someone walked in with thick, muddy boots/shoes that left unsightly marks all over, from entrance toward the elevator (they looked like someone stepped onto dog/animal droppings). We mentioned it to the front lobby attendant but they were not cleaned up for a few days. Looked like some rain took care of the outside marks. These are relatively minor issues, but I wanted to note.

The only thing I will say is the garbage is outside were not changed for four days and they were overflowing and it made it kind of look bad. Otherwise our stay was great. The staff were friendly. The breakfast options were good. A lot of seating available for eating. Very clean inside.
