スタッフのいる時間が限られており、夜中のチェックインは少し不安だった。 ベッドや洗面所、部屋は清潔感があった。ただ、初日チェックイン時、前の宿泊者のゴミ箱のゴミが捨てられて無かったのは、不快だった。 朝食は卵料理もあり、パンの種類もあり、ジュース、コーヒーも美味しかった。 スタッフの対応も良かった。

Fantastic family-run hotel - extremely friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the junior suite and it was perfect for our family of three - room was modern, clean and had everything we might need. Good breakfast and we reserved parking too. Location was ideal and only a few minutes walk from the city centre (a number of very good restaurants and bars were recommended to us by the hotel staff) and half an hour drive from Phantasialand (well worth a visit). Would recommend.

Tolles Haus, super freundliche Beteiberfamilie, sehr hilfsbereit. Helle, moderne Einrichtung, viel Platz, leckeres Frühstück. Und die Anbindung an den ÖPNV, die Nähe zu City, Oper und Rhein sind grandios.

Muy amable personal, buena comunicación, excelente desayuno y hasta un presente de despedida.

Sehr gute Lage und und ruhige Zimmer. Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. WLAN ist schnell und unkompliziert. Kann ich nur empfehlen

The ladies that work here are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are small but comfy and clean. Very good location. Close to river/ shopping /restaurants and bars

No me gustó el servicio de limpieza, el control y racionamiento del desayuno cuando estaba incluido en el precio de la habitación. Éramos personas y ponían 3 croisant o no reponían leche, fruta, queso y controlaban lo que echábamos en el plato, bastante incómodo y podías o decir que tocaban varias veces a la puerta para que saliéramos de la habitación porque tenían que limpiar seguimos ellas

Zentral gelegen, sehr gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz. Umgebung leider etwas zwielichtig.

Hotel was pleasant and comfortable, with friendly staff and a nice breakfast each morning. Room was a reasonable size. Air conditioning very welcome during 30-degree temperatures. My only criticism is the requirement to contact the hotel 48 hours before arrival, as the reception desk is closed in the afternoon and evening, to receive information on how to collect the keys (you need a code for a lockbox at the main door). This led to a panicked phone call to the hotel the afternoon I was arriving as I had forgotten I would have to do this.
