A very clean hotel, very close to the waterfall, with many things to do and eat nearby. The only downside is that the additional parking lot is a 5-minute walk away, which is inconvenient with luggage! I will continue to choose this hotel next time I travel.

Overall service was good with clean room and walkable distance to Clifton Hill. It is very convenient location.

飯店空間蠻大的也很新穎，唯一美中不足的是laundry設備，偌大的飯店只有一台洗衣機和一台烘衣機，前一個顧客洗完衣服不拿出來，飯店人員沒有任何作為，只叫我們繼續等，害我們整個早上都在等洗衣機和烘衣機，至少等了耶、二個小時，嚴重影響行程，如果你有洗衣服的需要，千萬不要選這一家飯店。

特别方便出去玩 临近游玩区 真的好方便.

The network signal is not good, and the parking fee of 25 is a bit expensive

位置非常好，很方便。雖然現正進行裝修工程，但地方及房間很清潔。從後門步行到停車場只需四分钟。由於住在高層，感覺寧靜。很多時間去遊玩，只是晚間留在酒店，所以沒有餐房，泳池和健身室，也影响不大。

Very clean room, and amazing customer service. Hotel has a lot of amenities and close to the main attractions in Niagara Falls. Would definitely recommend!

Spotless, spacious rooms. Walkable to all attractions. Off site paid parking is a short walk away from the hotel.

What a great hotel. Sandy at the front desk welcomed us and always asked how we were when we passed by and made sure we were happy. A special shout out to Karen in the restaurant who greeted us with a smile every morning, and gave me a special birthday pancake. She also got us help when our truck wouldn't start. Thanks Jay the maintenance man for getting us back on the road and to Glen who is the chef for loaning the booster cables. All not in your job description...lol.
