Checked in to be tole the spa was closed due to maintenance, so I tried to book for the next morning to be told it doesn’t open till 12:00 when checkout is 11:00

Good parking and great location easy access to shops and pubs only negative I found was traffic noise

Convenient location with abundant shops, cafes and restaurants. Hotel staff are nice and attentive. On-site free parking available. Scenic areas nearby.

the hotel was fine, but kitchen staff at 6:30am banking about outside didnt help waking up guests

The hotel was run down, we checked in went to order a meal and was told the only thing left on the menu was a turkey roast dinner. The spa was a joke. the bedroom, had no working bed side lights or phone charging sockets. the TV did not have BBC!!! Not a good stay. I don't know how the room rate was justified, i feel let down as i use Hotel.com all the time and don't expect to find a hotel as bad as this on your web site. Unhappy Stuart

Lovely little hotel with a good spa that you can book to yourself for an hour

Everything and everyone were fantastic this was our second visit to the Hotel.

Great breakfast friendly staff, easy to park. Room small and basic but fine for price point. Matress was too soft for me so didn't sleep well with traffic noise too. However would stay again but would request a room at the side / rear.

Hotel staff were excellent, nice breakfast but hotel rooms are a bit run down and dated.

Room was fantastic. The hotel was in need of a tidy up. Reception is a mess, staff disheveled, driveway and parking were great, but you’ll run into workers in uniform and aprons smoking out the back door of the kitchen. Location was fantastic and walkable to the towns other hotels, pubs and shops. Skip the breakfast, even if included. Still a good stay.
