Overall flat was spacious and location was good. We had flat 9 and the back bedroom had 2 windows both directly above the alley where all the local pubs and restaurants dump their empty bottles and kegs, until well past 1 in the morning then bin men start pick up between 05-0600. Needless to say very little sleep. This is not the rental agency fault as they do not control this but just be aware of these outside conditions.

Good size apartment and very clean - beds very comfy and lovely big fluffy bath towels. Decor is very basic and the rooms are missing soft furnishings or something to soften them as feel very bare and a bit soulless. Excellent location but we were on top floor and no lift it was very difficult with cases etc. Very noisy first thing with the bins and beer deliveries but to be expected when in a highly populated hospitality area. Well worth the money though.

The reservation desk had great communication and was very helpful even though it is not on site. The apartments were beautiful and in a great location! Highly recommend!!

Muy buena opción, el departamento es bastante amplio, cómodo y tiene de todo. Está en una zona muy bonita, pese a que hay bares cerca no se escucha ruido. Lo único malo es que no tiene elevador y llevábamos equipaje grande.

Absolutely fantastic location and a ridiculously awesome apartment. The only negatives were the single glazing and the 430am awaking of bottle collection then the 530am deliveries. I can see how it would be noisy from Thursday to Sunday stays but for the midweek it was fine. Clear window and just blinds in the bathroom could give the neighbours a fright or a thrill depending on their outlook and your gym routine... 😅

My daughter and I stayed here when visiting family in the Liverpool area. We found the area very convenient, with lots of walkable shops, restaurants and bars. It was a very comfortable place to stay, as others have said there is a night club underneath, so if you are a light sleeper Friday and Saturday night you can hear the music, it did not bother us and added to the local color. We used the parking garage with the discount code they supplied and it was a very convenient at a great price. Would definitely stay again, we enjoyed being in the city center

Great location, big rooms. No lift which is an issue when you have luggage and the apartment is on the top floor.

Location & facilities were excellent.

Nice spacious property in a great central location. Main downside is that it’s positioned directly above a late bar which is open until the early hours. Noise cancelling headphones are a must and definitely not for light sleepers. If you’re planning to be out late rather than sleep I would highly recommend due to its great location.

Really good place to stay location wise. Central to everything a very nice bar beside it that you can sit outside. There is no lift so take that into account if you have mobility problems. My main problem was that the whole apartment needed a good painting. All the skirting boards look dirty because they need painted. The walls have loads of dirty marks and the carpets either need cleaned or replaced. The place wasn’t dirty, it just needed painted. I also contacted them about somewhere to leave our bags until our room was ready. I was told to ring when we arrive and they would send housekeeping down to take our bags to our room. So I did that only to have a recorded message saying the offices were only open Monday to Friday. Overall it was fine but I didn’t leave feeling wowed or that I would rush back. My friend stayed in another property owned by the castle collection and it was really nice. Obviously recently renovated so maybe they will get round to these apartments.
