Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr gut und - wichtig!- sauber. Das Frühstück ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse hervorragend. Ein sehr guter Anlaufpunkt für eine Reise nach Graceland (ca. 10 Min. Fußweg).

Holiday Inn Express on Elvis Presley Blvd. was outstanding in their customer services and cleanliness. Very pleasant stay! I would book this again! Parking was convenient and secure! Loved my stay here! ☺️

Wonderful hotel. Great service. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. They even had a shuttle to drop us off & pick us up from our event at Elvis Presley Live! Very convenient.

Staff was very personable. Duffy did a great job with our breakfast and she even walked around to check on the guests to see if they needed anything. This is over and above what I expected and beyond what I have experienced in other properties during our travels. Will stay here again!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The ice machine on two floors were out of order but finally found one working on the 2nd. No big deal. I notified the front desk. We will return next visit to Memphis.

Hotel was close to our destination, Graceland and downtown Memphis

This hotel is within perfect walking distance of Graceland, and also perfect distance to get an uber to downtown Memphis. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. They have a shuttle bus running between the hotel and Graceland/The Guesthouse at Graceland. They also provide you with collection and drop off to the airport. The shuttle bus between the hotel runs until 1am, which is perfect if you are still partying the night away at The Guesthouse at Graceland. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Tommy and Tara are always on hand to help. Miss Duffy does a great complimentary hot buffet and continental breakfast.

Le personnel à l'accueil n'était pas très agréable. Ensuite nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps à attendre pour leur free Shuttle, ils ont envoyé lyft plus d'une demie heure après, idem quand on a appelé pour revenir à l'hôtel après notre visite de Graceland. Ensuite petit déjeuner plus que moyen.

Nice hotel with cold tile floors throughout. My feet were cold the entire stay because of no rugs or carpet.

The employees were so pleasant & helpful! The shuttle to Graceland & The Guest House was great, parked in the gated area & didn’t have to drive until we checked out! Beds comfy, room clean, a guitar shaped pool & a good breakfast!!! I will stay there again if I am in Memphis!
