The Property was very nice.

The hotel is located in a very good place close to Task square main strip. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you are a light sleeping not the best place to stay as Friday to Sunday nights are very loud on streets due to clubs.

I would say one of the best 5 star hotels in taksim great hospitality and room service!

My wife had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to take care of her. The room was clean and adequate. The only complaint was the noise level from the street. The breakfast was okay.

Nice and pleasant stay, had an issues with heating system at the room, but duty Manager Perla did her best to help and solve the problem, Only comment i have is the bed mattress was so soft , which is not my preference, Else all was very good .

Otopark var görünüyor ama gittiğimizde otopark olmadığını söylediler uzağa park ettik ulaşım kötüydü. Oda temiz değildi bildirdik çarşaflar değişti ama yinede çok temiz değildi. Dışarıdan çok ses alıyor aynı zamanda diğer oda ve koridordan çok ses geliyordu. Sabah 8 de yan odada temizlik başladı ve o kadar çok ses çıkarıldı ki uyandık.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen für Kurzurlaube. Die Lage ist gut! Das Personal ist sehr nett und höflich. Mängel: Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist eher eine 2,5. Durch die Zentrale Lage ist es Nachts eher laut!

Açıkçası pek beğenemedik sıcak bir ortam asla değildi 2 günlük konaklamamız vardı ama 1 gün kaldık ortam samimi gelmedi başka yere gittik personel Sedat bey iyiydi güleryüzlüydü ama oteli pek sevmedik

Everything was great, just the hot water wasn’t every day, unfortunately.

When we got there the room i stayed in was hot. After troubleshooting the a/c with no luck, the staff immediately accommodated us to a different room where it was perfect temperature plus I had the option to open the window. Overall great staff and walking distance to pretty much everything around the Taksim square
