Depozito istendi 4000 tl odada banyo kolu bozuktu ve balayı odası tutmama rağmen küçük bir oda verildi ve taksitle anlaşma var denip 1200 tl gittiğim güzelgahı ben molof istanbuldan 800 tl geldim

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal am Taksim. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen tollen Blick über Stadt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und reichhaltig. Das Personal ist super freundlich, hilfreich und unterstützend. Das kleine Spa, ist hervorragend. Ich werde wieder dorthin gehen und es gerne weiterempfehlen!

Cok gürültülü ve yatak da rahat degildi ama konumu iyi heryere yürüme mesafesinde . Cadde üstü oldugu icin trafik gürültüsüne maruz kaliniyor.

Zimmer sehr schön. Personal super freundlich und vor allem sehr sehr sauber alles. Frühstücksbuffet war auch hervorragend. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen.

Due to strikes in Greece we were unable to make it in time … despite this solid reason the hotel couldn’t even move our dates !!!!! So disappointed and out of pocket!!!

Goed gelegen mooi verzorgd hotel nabij Taksim plein. Fijn ontbijt terras.

Nice hotel

The hotel is on a very busy street and the noise does not stop the whole night. When I complained that I couldn't sleep the front desk staff argued with me and gave me such a hard time and then eventually gave me another room still at the front of the hotel by the street but a higher level. The noise was less but still kept waking me up. Worst night ever. Do not book this hotel if you want a restful night. It should be mandatory for hotels to notify customers of the noise level.
