前台的女人表现粗鲁，思维混乱，情绪不稳定，我预定过车位也知道需要付钱，她一定要我先去街上寻找免费车位，目的是避免停在他们的小停车场会带来的麻烦，去五渔村前她给了我错误的建议，她建议我们坐火车去走还在封闭的蓝线道路，事实上这些道路已经封闭很多年，第二天结账后我从房间返回把房卡放在前台，并和清洁的女工说了，下楼后看到她和我的孩子要房卡，我和她说房卡我还回去了，回去就可以看到，可是她疯了一样一定要让我们和她一起回去，不停的说不还房卡要扣钱，我坚持没去，然后她回去找到了房卡.我们在意大利旅行住过五家酒店，前面四家都很顺利愉快，只有在这里遇到各种问题，都是因为这个愚蠢自以为是的女人.

酒店挺漂亮的 早餐也很不错 还有拖鞋！就是预定的时候要求双床房但是没有提供

Very helpful staff and decent stay. It was quite a hike up the staircase to the reception though, especially when carrying luggages.

We spent 6 weeks in Italy and this was the best hotel we stayed in. Alberto the manager was very welcoming and very helpful with local attractions. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of selection. We also got an upgraded room during our stay. The entire staff were very friendly and polite. This is the place to stay if you’re planning on staying in Levanto.

Bel hôtel. Personnel aimable, aidant et professionnel. Bon petit-déjeuner. Très beau village vivant et proche de Cinque Terre et de Portofino.

Super comfortable room and bathroom. Very good breakfast buffet and very close to restaurants, the beach, train station and the ferry. Only complaint: had tu carry our luggage up steep stairs since the hotel is not located on the ground floor, but one floor above.

Beautiful property , great concierge service - everything perfect. Great location to explore Cinque Terre without the crowds !

Le petit déjeuner est excellent . L’hôtel dispose d’un parking . Nous sommes au centre de Levanto qui est charmant , la plage est à 5 minutes à pied .Proche de la gare (10 minutes ) Le personnel est attentionné et parle le français .

Hyggelig velkomst. Fikk hjelp med koffert. Alle som jobbet der var blide og hyggelige, de ville gjestene sitt beste. Gode senger. Alt var helt tipptopp bortsett fra kaffien, den var dårlig! Kommer veldig gjerne tilbake!

I särklass det bästa hotellet i hela Levanto, vackra och fräscha rum med en blandning av gammal italiensk arkitektur och nyrenoverade moderna badrum, perfekt hotell att ha som bas om man vill besöka cinque terre byarna, nära till bad och tåg. Det som stack ut med detta hotell var personalen! Den vänliga familjen på Palazzo Vannoni hjälpte till med allt från att planera upp dagarna så att man får ut det mesta till att reservera bord åt en på de bästa restaurangerna.

Levanto was a great place to stay, close to the Cinque Terre yet a little quieter. The hotel rooms were excellent and the staff were so very helpful.

Generellt ett mycket bra alternativ !
