L-base is such a hidden gem. All services were great. Person in charge during my first night was Chika, she is the most helpful person I've ever known. She helped my late check-in process very well, moreover when it was hard to book a taxi she even gave me a ride to Matsumoto station in the next early morning to help me catch the train due to my plan trip. Actually the house is near to bus stop (just in front of residential area), but due to some cases I had to use taxis back and forth during my stays. The environment was really homey and peaceful. There were coin laundry which helped a lot to manage my clothes. I would highly recommend this house for you who want to visit Japanese hidden treasures in Matsumoto-Nagano such as Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Routes, Kamikochi and delicious fruits picking.
