The most stunning, beautiful hotel in Khaplu! Every part of the hotel has its own character, personality and charm! Of course the palace itself is absolutely stunning! Special thanks to Ali Bhai who was a wonderful tour guide when exploring the palace! He was knowledgeable, kind & very genuine when he was giving us the tour! Thank you also to Yaseen who made our stay so wonderful!

There was no one at the reception, when we reached, do had to wait. Then i was given a standard room whereas i had paid for heritage sweet. Buffet was very ordnirary. Cleanliness was below avaerage.overall the only good thing about the hotel was its name Serena.
