Had a great stay here. Safe and secure with undercover paid parking. Botanic gardens not far away. Local cafe and pub are easy stroll from the main entrance.

Nice spacious room that was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy despite the extreme heat during our stay. The underground, secure car park is worth the extra cost as parking is limited close by. The room had everything you'd need for an extended stay with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, AirCon, etc. All cupboards were also well stocked with plates, glasses, utensils etc, if you wanted to cook in the room. There are numerous cafes close by and I can recommend the Kent Town Hotel for a meal, which is only a few minutes walk. It's located away only five or so minutes from the CBD, so you can stay in a quieter section of Adelaide (be aware of the flightpath to Adelaide Airport, which is nearby), but still be close to the CBD and all it provides.

Room was in a great location, nice and clean with good amenities, washing machine and full size fridge. Stove and cooking equipment was available. Close to takeaway shop and Kent town hotel. Easy 20min walk into the city centre 30min to Adelaide Oval. Only minor complaint was the air conditioning was in the main room and didn’t quite cool the bedroom.

Laundry/dryer machine was great but didnt have any instructions to use it. Had to find manual on internet to find instructions to use. Bathroom was very large but glass shower curtain was not long enough so got the floor wet. Parking was great but charged a fee. The front desk claimed that they don't over allocate parking so everyone that reserved a spot should have a spot. We always returned to hotel early evening to ensure a parking spot so never had an issue. Not very noisy even though room was on streetside of the building. Ava at the front desk was very helpful.

Excellent apartment, terrific value for money, to be honest was a little shocked how inexpensive it was for what you got. Very close to Adelaide CBD, so $20 per day for secure parking was very reasonable and convenient, other people are paying to park in the next street on a night to go out in the city. Great little spot with lots of cool bars, pubs, breweries in immediate vicinity.

A truly lovely apartment. 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with a cute balcony and kitchette with everything we needed. Fantastic pizza place next door and The Kent Hotel just around the corner.

Clean welcoming very close to walk heaps of places

Everything is good except the bathroom floor gets flooded when you shower. They should have installed the glass around the shower base. Pizza shop next to the apartment is so good. Note: This is a service apartment without a room service.
