Our stay was great. Here are some highlights: The mgmt is very responsive and helpful The location is ideally located and easily accessible. It's 10-15 minutes from the airport, and only a few minutes walk to the Beach and Fisherman's Village. Markets and restaurants are all within a 5 walk The resort is VERY family-friendly, and made our kids very happy The restaurant is fast, good, and inexpensive The drinks in the restaurant are surprisingly good... better than what you'll get downtown. The staff are extremely kind and gracious. Our kids loved the staff in the kid's club, and would prefer to go there than to use technology. There are two community pools, which are great, but the 2-bedroom villa with private pool was fantastic! We would definitely do that again.

The hotel was good for the price we paid, but I don’t think I’d stay again. There was no pleasant greeting on arrival or explanation of how to use the kids club, what time the cafe opened etc. There are trampolines for the kids but one had holes in and neither zips worked which made them unsafe. Gates were often left open at the front of the resort and it’s on a busy road, so you couldn’t relax if your kids were around playing, they could also easily head to the pool and fall in. The pool is too small for the size of the resort and the amount of families that were staying and there is no shallow part, so our 2 year old couldn’t stand. It is in good spot for Fisherman’s Village and a short taxi away to Chaweng and another amazing beach we found called Ban Tai. We certainly didn’t have a bad stay, just an average one. It thinks itself to be more than a 3 star but it’s not.

Because I arrived late 22:00, the staff has left me the key and I checked in myself. The only thing I don't like is there is no instruction on how to setup the safe and the drawer locker key also not work in my room.

Rigtig godt hotel 100 meter fra indgangen til Fisherman’s Village. Værelserne er utrolig flotte og i god stand. God seng. Pool området er rigtig pænt. Morgenmaden er okay. Eneste minus er at det er ud til en stor vej. Dog er der ikke larm fra vejen.

Very nice accommodation with friendly staff and a good selection of food available at a good price. Would stay again.

Cet établissement est situé a l'entrée de Fisherman's village. Les chambres de type studio avec kitchenette sont tres propres tout comme la salle de bain. La petite piscine et les bains de soleil sont egalement tres propres. Le point noir c'est l'accueil qui est moyen et le check up depart et arrivée qui est trop long. Une heure d'attente pour trois chambres !!! Le peit déjeuné est désastreux !!! Pas de café machine en panne, breakfast impossible de 08h00 a 09h00 malgré avoir prévenu la réception la veille qui ont toit de meme pu nous faire une omelette, sans bacon encore congelé, après avoir été acheter des oeufs a l'issue de notre commande !! Du jamais vu en Thaïlande !!!

This place is the perfect spot to stay on Koh Samui! Close to Fisherman’s Village. Highly recommend you stay at D’anna. 2 pools, super nice Harvey’s Restaurant & Bar. Super staff! Plus with a scooter, you are minutes from everything! Thank you!

We stayed for 5 days and from the moment we arrived we wished we were staying for longer. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in whilst in Thailand. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, I had an English breakfast each day and everything was perfect. The two pools were always clean and have the comfiest pool loungers. The whole resort is very clean and well maintained. We stayed in a Deluxe King room which was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. We are so happy that we discovered the D'Anna Resort and will definitely be going back, but for much longer next time!

Varning, bo ej på detta hotel som utger sig för att vara byggt 2017, vi fick bo i en hydda som inte hade fönster.

Wir waren 5 Tage in diesem Resort. Ok, wir waren in der Zeit des Tropensturms „Pabuk“ dort regelrecht eingesperrt, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts. Aber wir hätten uns über Informationen gefreut, niemand hat etwas dazu gesagt. Genau das ist auch unser Problem gewesen, der Besitzer und das Personal sind sehr abweisend und distanziert, als wäre man nicht willkommen. Beim Frühstück waren sie sehr überfordert, keine Struktur. Frühstück ist für Thailand sehr teuer, man hat nur 200 Baht inkl. Kein Getränk bzw. Wenn man mehr möchte muss man extra zahlen. Der Pool ist winzig! Die guten Sachen, die Anlage ist neu und hübsch. Die Deluxe Bungalows (Vorsicht es gibt auch Bambus Bungalows, bei der Buchung darauf achten) komplett neu und sehr sauber. Bett sehr bequem. Lage ist auch top! Restaurant rechts zwei Minuten, günstig und gut, im Hotel zu teuer. Fisherman‘s Village 5-10. Wir wollten verlängern, aber die Stimmung hat nicht gepasst.

This place is a rip off. It calls itself bungalow but is a wooden hut. There are stray animals in front of your porch, ants inside as it's all wooden. Poor infrastructure. And is not cheap. Doesn't look safe as well. Very disappointed. We left after 1 night. And of course, they offer no refund.

Edullinen hotelli Ficherman Villagen alueella. Kaksi uima-allasta. Bungalowit ovat varsin ahtaita. Paljon ravintoloita ja kauppoja hotellin läheisyydessä.
