Micho ruido en las habitaciones toda la noche y muy temprano!

The staff was perfect but need mote maintenance in the rooms in general

Room was decent but very small and needs some updating. The sheets provided were not the best and bed was not very comfortable. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel in TJ I would look elsewhere. We stayed here because it was close to an event we were going to. We’ve stayed at better hotels like Holiday Inn or Real Inn in Zona Rio for the same price range

Very clean room. Staff was awesome. Recommend it

The staff was great the only problem was that the room had a problem with the heater they try to fix it but couldn't they offer to change the room or give us a couple of blankets we opted for the blankets

No me dieron mi habitación, argumentando que no les salía en el sistema y me dejaron varado en la noche

When I arrived at the hotel they said they had no rooms available

It was ok , but there was a lot of feds like if they stay there also they serve you the food instead of you serving yourself , it’s isolated no tacos near by

Se escuchaba mucho el ruido de la habitación contigua, fuera de eso la estancia estuvo agradable

Si pero, estaba durmiendo y comenzaron a trabajar en la habitación contigua haciendo ruido exageradamente fuerte por casi una hora. Llamé a recepción en repetidas veces y nunca me contestaron. Eso me irritó demasiado.

Habitación muy limpia, la recepcionista muy amable y el desayuno muy bien en si muy recomendable

Tenia fuga el lavamanos, se xorrigio rapido. El desayuno es muy malo ñ. Xonfio en que pueden mejorar. El personal del area de restaurante no tiene preparación de atención al cliente, son groseros. La ubicación del hotel ew buena
