地段不错，价格很不错！性价比超高的！房子很大，空间感棒棒的，唯一就是卫生一般。很多东西都挺旧了！其他都很好！

Good location. TV not possible to use as there is no battery in the remote control. Bed lights are not possible to connect due to different standards of light power cables and receptacles. Balcony was not clean from garbage tissue paper. Overall experience is good due to good location.

It was a great stay!! Good location between train station and airport, and right by a tram stop. Room was very nice and clean.

microwave didnt work. in any of the apartments. had it but did not work. comuncatino was a pretty good. got in no trouble. light fixurtres did not all work. like no one is maintainng these units. pride was excellent. I would do it again even with no midcrow3ave. no air conditioning. tho. so probably not this summer. stanrge/. international people need air conditioning even if Swiss do not.

Nice studio apartment near the train station which is near the airport. Convenient check-in check-out. No AC, which in the heat of the summer could be a bit inconvenient.

Dirty, insects everywhere, no light in bathroom . Told to use the bedside lamp.They emptied my room in error a day before my departure with no effort to contact me, took all mine and my daughters belonging causing terrible distress.Terrible service. So bad I could not stay the second night. Have written to complain and demanded a refund ..but have yet to receive a reply. Appalling service /standards . I travel to Zurich frequently , never staying there again.. can put up with certain level poor standard and have done with this place in the past.. but this was the last straw.

Ich weiß nicht wie man Gästen so was zumuten kann ! Das sind für mich sichtliche Fehler die sogar hochgradig gesundheitsgefährdend sind .

The Hotel, Apartment was way too far from City Center, Public transit is 25-minute walking distance, No parking for rental car, No grocery store nearby, Insufficient linen and towels, No Soaps, Wi-fi and Tv service was disconnected for nonpayment. Called manager and he told us that we did not know how to use the equipment. Yet, an hour after calling the system was restored after payment was made on their account. I do not recommend renting from the large corporate company of Swiss Star Apartments. They have thousands of rentals, beautiful pictures and lots of promises. Yet, all fictitious.

The door was already open when I checked in , dirty pillows without any covers on them ,lights not working, very small kitchen with barely any utensils\accessories for cooking . Overall , we had a poor experience with the stay.
