It is my 2nd time to Kinta Naeba first time I met the old man Mr Kinta He was very friendly and proud to share how he has built Kinta Naeba from Scratch This time Mr Kinta was not there but the hospitality by the other staff was still perfect. I strongly recommend to order their dinner if you are staying in Kinta, their food are delicious and are far better than the so called Japanese cuisine you can have in the Prince Hotel Resort. The living room area is soothing, we stayed there for some marshmallow BBQ. I would surely come back again when I visit Naeba in the future, the only downside for my stay is that the shower Faucet in my room was broken down, this might be inconvenient for some guests

For the amount we paid for the room, the amenities are not really up to the standard in Japan.

The hot bath is very hot, no one can stay in for more than 5 mins. During snowy night, the snow truck to clear the road will keep you awake all night. The old Mr Kinta tries all his way to charge you a few hundred Yen here and there while the young Mr Kinta is more honest and did not over charge us. Ski and Snowboard equipment is cheaper but certainly condition is poor. Witnessed the binding of a ski broken from another visitor. The hardware itself is decent. It is 15 mins walk from the Prince resort where the ski lifts are. If you can, rent the Price hotel directly.
