早餐還不錯，地點很方便，停車不方便，無電梯設備，處理客服可再積極一點點！

普遍來說都不錯，但是隔音稍差還有他的備品準備的數量也比較少一點

Nice location big room! Nice service and introduce the history to me!

環境很好，房間舒適乾淨，早餐對我來說好食足夠， 晚餐我都在酒店吃，捷克菜不錯，服務員小姐好好禮貌又靚女，熱朱古力整得好好飲，小餐廳又有情調，酒店環保工作做得唔錯，小鎮真係好靚好夢幻，很好的旅遊體驗，是人生要去的地方。

The room decorated beautifully and was spacious. Just the layout of the room was a bit hard to use as the room was in L shape. The restaurant was beautiful and food was good at breakfast. Location was also good as the main spots were all near and it was possible for us to rest in between scenic spots.

Good location, nice & clean room

Location is good that it takes only 5 mins to the square and the castle is walkable distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat, no air conditioner however it wasn't hot at all. It's a great place to stay.

Staffs are really friendly and helpful, hotel is also very stylish! Good location, driving to their carpark is hardcore but fun haha Hygiene is average, the room doesn't smell nice, specially the toilet...

The room was tidy and we had a comfort stay! The TV was super BIG, the style and furnitures of the room were really nice. The hotel is near city centre and therefore so convenient for food and attractions! The staffs were nice and we just feel like in home! Hotel had provided breakfast, simple but tasty!

In the it is a nice room

One of the cutest places I’ve ever stayed. The pictures don’t do it justice. The room was perfect and the staff could not have been more helpful. Even breakfast was fantastic. The weather was warm, so I requested a fan in advance, which they supplied. Only thing to keep in mind is that it’s located on a pedestrian lane, so with the windows open, you will hear passersby. No partiers, but something to consider if you’re extra sensitive. This spot earned its 10/10 for sure!

Pretty good, old, historical building, properly maintained, with a romantic vibe. The room was spacious and pretty clean. The bathroom is little but modern. Since the hotel is a protected building, it does not have elevator and the room does not have AC. A fan was provided. Breakfast OK, coffee not OK (despite expensive coffee machine). Friendly reception staff. We will book again.

Good breakfast selection and location. Check-in process is a little confusing but the owner resolved quickly.

Veldig koselig hotell, god frokost, men dårlig vask av rom, fyller ikke på såpe osv. Hullete sengetøy og laken som så vidt dekker sengen.
