It was a great experience staying with them. Genuine hospitality at its finest.

the room was clean however the breakfast was just milo/coffee and bread but the staff was helpful especially in giving directions around the city.

It is close to downtown and approximately 5 minutes walk from Victoria Plaza. The staff is friendly though breakfast is kind of short as it is just two pieces of breadand coffee for two persons. Hopefully they would add something.

It is a comfortable place. Spacious and clean. The only problem is the location, it is pretty far from the highway, although positively, walking is good for the health. :)

The room is very clean and tidy, no lift going to 4rth floor but it was ok, hope they will serve better breakfast. Actually it's only bread and coffee so don't mention its a free breakfast😏. Parking was not good danger design.

I like my stay. Staff are helpful. I'm a breakfast kind of person. They only serve coffee and bread. there's no neighbour who sells food. You must walk 500 meters to buy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay because its cozy

Very accommodating and considerate receptionist. Allowed us to check in a little earlier than usual. Clean neat rooms. No electronic plug though except for the tv outlet. Breakfast is just bread and coffee.

It was good however their exact location was not accurate. We entered the wrong street trying to figure out where strands suites is. Over all, it was a good value for money.

My stay at the establishment was satisfying. During my stay in davao, I find all the staff very approachable and ensuring that their guest are at ease and does every task that the guest is concern. I am looking for more guest to come in this establishment. For my recommendation of improvement, it is possible for the establishment to provide an elevator so that elderly people may come up and down with ease as well. Anyway, there is always room for improvement and this is one of those.

Staff were very hospitable and served with a smile; especially Ella and Marvin, who waited up for us with late check-in. The place was spic and span. Accessible, yet quiet, location. Keep it up!

Nice place, has wifi. clean comfort rooms and comfortable beds.

The place is super clean and spacious. It’s close to everywhere you want to go. Restos and malls are nearby. Very convenient!
