The recepsionist was very helpful, delicious breakfast, very near to many good place such as central market and pub street

I booked the corner room because I saw the room picture very nice. But when I came to check in, the receptionist told me all rooms full filled. And they took me to other hotel and said same chain. But totally differently from what I wanted. I had to accept to stay at the other ‘coz it was mid-night. They told me that they closed the online booking system but did not know how I could book. To be honest, I think ‘coz of being late check in, so they sold my rooms to another guest. Really disappointed about the way of working of staffs as well as owners here.

Overall check in experience and hotel condition was good. However we were not lucky to had checked in to a used room with dirty bed cover plagued with blood and potentially poop stain. The reception offered to room moved us but we were too tired to moved to other room, hence the whole bed linen had to be changed. I would advised all future guess to thoroughly check the cleanliness of the room and bed linen due to my unfortunate experience on this hotel
