職員非常有善，酒店設計美麗。 令我深刻印象的是房間（昂，4/f) 裡的私人風呂很好。 早餐在2樓 又會按預訂房間分隔個室，好有私人空間。

房間有私人風呂是相當方便及享受，令今次渡假加分。用餐是有私人的房間，很窩心及增加用餐嘅舒適感。由步入大堂開始，便要脫鞋，酒店內只能穿着襪或拖鞋，感覺是清潔的。入住前收到酒店的電郵，詢問有關有冇任何食物敏感，很細心。早餐很豐富，十分美味。

Very discreet and very quiet hotel (only 15 rooms). Room was big (good enough for three tatami with room to spare), has a small terrace with our own hot spring bath. It was a very relaxing experience soaking in the hot bath during the morning while enjoying the green mountain scenery. Location is a bit out of the way and up on a winding slope, but who cares, I didn’t feel the need to go out when I was there.

食物太差， 酒店燈光太暗，泊車位又逼又少

Overall is good, the only one thing is privacy in the private hot spring area and shower room is not enough privacy. I thing they can make some more plant to enhance the transparency.

第二次再次入住食物質素非常好

服務細心備至, 整體環境舒適。 早餐晚餐的環境及體驗有驚喜, 但選取食材不夠名貴。 建議設施及設備的保養需加強, 否則長期而言會容易變得殘夠, 浪費了酒店本身良好的條件。

Food quality needs some improvement but the overall experience was very nice . Onsen inside room was gorgeous.

旅舘整體的感覺，無論在環境，服務及食物方面都是良好的，但如能在房間內提供時鐘及筆，相信更為理想。 逗留兩晚中我們共四人想分享買回的萍果，但旅舘未能借出果刀，稍感這旅程畧有不足。

地方整潔，設施新淨，環境有別於一般日式溫泉旅館，帶泰國resort風格。不過服務就有待改善，可能大部分員工都係新的，不像傳統日式溫泉旅館的細心及貼心。

Very nice private Onsen

Everything is good, especially the dinner.

The hotel is nicely decorated. The Indonesian furniture and ornaments bring a more luxurious and royal feel. The private spa at the balcony is superb. The room is spacious and sparkly clean. Staff members are all friendly and helpful. We ordered steak for dinner and it was definitely one of the best meals throughout our trip. The checkout time is 1000hrs which is a bit too early.

住宿地點尚算方便，距離箱根湯本只是步行約'15分鐘。但須行上半山位置！携行李就有點不便。另住宿及用膳私隱度高，服務員態度專業，有禮。晚餐安排有驚喜，但早餐可有改善空間！整體是有一個很好的住宿經驗，值得推薦給大家！

酒店走峇里風情，不適合追求傳統日式感覺的朋友。房間和酒店設施很新淨和精美，位置尚算方便，在箱根湯本站步行約15分鐘。魚缸酒吧很型格。房間半露天溫泉很舒服，因入住4樓房間，景觀很好。 餐飲是fusion菜，不是太對口味，份量亦比一般日式旅館少。
