Good location, everything is there besides toothpaste and brush.

My boyfriend and I traveled from NY to Montreal for our anniversary. We stayed for 4 days & 3 nights at Pierce Boutique Apartment Hotel & overall our stay was fairly comfortable. The room was spacious & we appreciated the two complimentary water bottles that were available. We did have a few issues during our stay. The major issue was that there were stains on the sheets and towels. I’m sure they were washed but I shouldn’t have to guess as the guest. We also had 4 remotes for 2 televisions & only 1 remote worked for both tvs. However, the tv struggled to remain connected to the wifi network anyway so it remained off most of our stay. The instruction poster in the entryway stated that the room’s temperature could be toggled with a screen on the air units below the window & that was not present. Lastly, we had an issue with the light in the closet as there was no switch for it but late at night it began to intermittently blink on and off. Many of these things were minor inconveniences & small oversights that can easily be remedied.

Nice people to deal with when had to call. Air conditioner works great and walking distance to everything. Everything overall was great no problems

If you like a stark, concrete, air conditioned condo, you’ll love this place. It’s very handy to some great parts of the city, and was exceptionally well-located for some work on Concordia campus.

Room was dirty in corners and shower. Half a roll of toilet paper, no kleenex, coffee maker doesn’t really work, television didn’t work. Didn’t feel overly safe as men constantly followed in behind after entering private security codes. Close to many shopping areas is best part of location.

Hotel room was clean and well supplied. Great location.

It was clean, but a bit run down.

I often stay in Montreal on work trips and this is by far my favorite place to stay. The location is fantastic, the apartment is clean and well equipped. I will definitely be returning.

The apartments was clean and spacious and even though we didn’t spend a lot of time there because we were out for most of the days and only really went back to sleep it was very comfortable and was nice to feel like going back to your own place away from home after a long day

Ter lavanderia foi um quesito que ajudou muito já que viajei com mala de mão. Cozinha bem equipada também foi ótima. Não entendi como ligava o ar condicionado, mas a temperatura estava agradável e não foi necessário. Fiquei 7 dias e foi realizada uma boa limpeza neste intervalo. A equipe foi super gentil. Localização perfeita. Gostei basrante e recomendo!

Clean, convenient and excellent amenities. The shower deserves special mention!

Stayed 3 nights in a 1BR apartment. Great location and nice that it was fully equipped with kitchen gear as well as laundry machines. As someone else mentioned, the codes needed to enter are a bit cumbersome (5 digit code at entry plus same code in elevator, then 9 digit code for suite entrance) but nice that it is so secure. Bed was very comfortable and large. Only negative for me was that the wifi did not work very well. It was okay for the first day, but then it wasn't. I tried different devices and apps and nothing helped. It was slow when it worked, and sometimes it did not work at all (it showed as connected, but nothing downloaded). I did msg them for help and was asked for info to help them diagnose the problem, but I ended up just using my own hotspot instead. If the problem started earlier or if I was staying longer, I would have tried harder to help them resolve the issue. I found parking in the Concordia underground garage at 1250 rue Guy (lots of road construction around it, but the garage is open and it has EV charging too) which was a short walk away. Overall a good stay and definitely good value.

Très bien localisation de l'appart-hotel, à moins de 5 min de la Rue Ste Catherine et du métro. Appartement très spacieux et bien meublé, avec beaucoup d'ustentils et appareils de cuisine. Par contre, certaines parties du logement n'étaient pas propre (sous les tables de nuit, la salle de bain, contre les meubles de cuisine)... Point particulier pour le lit et le matelas, une pépite.

Pros; location, safety, transportation, dining, convenience stores. Furnished apartment with appropriate essentials. Cons: Shower knobs are unnecessary complicated to use. Cement ceiling is dull and depressing. Windows are thin so street noise can be an issue.
