Excellent for the price. It's a motel so you don't get much in the way of amenities but it's clean, great price and fantastic location. City Park is just across the road and all shopping and food options are just a short walk walkway. We've stayed here a few times and have no hesitation in coming back again.

Stayed here for 1 night recently. Would stay again, reception is office hours, but late checkin was no issue and there was good communication. Only issue with room was the mattress, very lumpy and needs replacing. Could probably have a grab rail installed to make it easier for elderly when getting out of shower stepping over the bath

Old & run down. Cupboard doors and doors need a deep clean. Terrible shower, water pressure non existent. On top of that if you aren't a mountain goat....beware. One good thing was the heater worked, thank god.

close and handy to city within walking distance just what we needed

Handy location. Bed and pillows were very, very bad. Mattress was lumpy, and collapsed. We had very little sleep. Room was a bit dirty. Windows filthy. Balcony door was open on our arrival, but once shut the room had no ventilation and had a weird smell. Seriously need to upgrade the bed. Also, the paths leading to the room were filthy. Outside needs a good clean!

Excellent place, room with many facilities.

Unfortunately it felt that the room had not been properly cleaned for some time. Very dusty kitchen shelves and hair in the bathroom still. Could not stay here again. Sorry.

The bed was old, the shower was over bath not good for mobility, big red button for toilet flush .. didn’t know if flush or emergency button. Plumbing ancient as, parking vehicle was on downward slope you need good handbrake. Getting to reception also difficult either staircase or very steep hill. Receptionist was amazing.
