The room was spotless and the staff at the reception was very courteous and efficient. However, there were two bottles (conditioner and shower gel) missing in the shower stall on the first day. This was fixed without my mentioning it for the second day. Also, the room was not made up when I came back from my tour at 2 p.m. So, instead of geting my rest, I had to go out again after mentioning this at the reception. The room was made up when I came vack 3 hours later. That said, the room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet.

Excellent hotel in a safe area. Comfortable bed, varied high quality breakfast, plenty of welcoming lounge areas, highly recommend.

Outstanding stay at this place! Everyone was super helpful and most staff spoke English which was a relief after just speaking Spanish for the past few weeks; we’re from Canada. The buffet breakfast was the best we’ve had yet. Will be coming back.

Por ser um Hyatt achei o atendimento frio. Cheguei por volta das 11:30 no hotel, perguntei se tinham disponibilidade de early chick e a resposta foi que apenas com sobretaxa de US$ 60,00. Expliquei que meu check out seria muito cedo, as 7hs da manha e não acreditava ser conveniente pagar para fazer early check in, mas infelizmente apenas me liberaram o quarto depois das 13:30, porque voltei ao hotel depos do almoço e fiquei esperando na recepção. Pedi ajuda para abrir minha mala que travei o código e o pessoal do front desk não fez absolutamente nenhum esforço para me ajudar, apenas me disseram para procurar uma loja no shopping. Por fim, também tive problema para pagar um taxi de apenas US$10,00 pois o motorista não aceitava cartão de crédito, pedi ajuda e me informaram que eu teria que procurar um caixa elotronico e o mais perto seria no metro. Ter um caixa eletronico no proprio hotel seria muito conveniente para os hospedes.Hoje em dia é dificil carregar dinheiro em espécie. Enfim, hotel com boa localização, lugar tranquilo e com boa limpeza, porém o serviço de atendimento me pareceu indiferente com as necessidades dos hospedes.
