我們訂了B14，莫名其妙把我們改到分館，email也沒有提到被改地方，連結的gps還是本館，email給了我們一個access code,打開竟然是別人的房間，好心人幫我們打電話才知道我們被改地方，結果我們找了好久才找到分館，到了樓下還是不得其門而入，又再次聯絡才進去，我們訂的是一張雙人床跟一張單人床，說好聽幫我們升等，結果變成一張雙人床跟一張沙發床，提供免費早餐竟然只是一些玉米片，連洗髮精也是隨隨便便的幾瓶放在浴室，半夜吵得不能睡覺，杯子裡面也是髒的，這是有史以來最不愉快的住宿經驗，就是一場惡夢

除了房間小了點，找不到缺點。

The price is cheap and quality of room good, but they wrongly assigned same room to ua and another group. Lucky have another room but waste us 30 minutes to deal with this.

Location is good, room are clean and comfy! Living room and kitchen love it! Definitely recommend for ppl who stay at Iceland :)

Great location, right in the middle of everything. We were a family traveling and had early morning plans. This is a hostel and there were some younger people staying in the other areas. Overall everyone was quiet and respectful.

Positives - clean room and very convenient location. Negatives - no luggage drop off, no fan or AC, TV didn’t work and no elevator. The place is clean and convenient, but if you’re flying from the US, flights generally arrive early and you will have to store your luggage. There is an automated luggage storage facility nearby, but the cost was about $25 for two medium bags and two carry ons. You will need to rent a couple of lockers. The storage facility is underground in a car park, so you will need to take stairs. Also, at the apartment, you will have to take two or three flights of stairs depending on where your room is. If you’re not into carrying luggage up and down stairs, choose a different location. I wouldn’t stay here again, but if you’re arriving in the afternoon and only have a carry on, it would be okay.

I am aware there was no reception and it is a self check-in. The code I received stated for the room. Sure, they showed a video of how to unlock the door with the keypad. However, they didn't say that the outside door to the streets is also coded the same. So, I had to assume it will just be the same. However, when I entered the number, it wasn't working. So, I tried to call the number listed for help...twice! No one answered. Somehow, an individual who seemed to be living there helped me in. I was also assigned a room number, but I wasn't told which floor it is. Again, the person told me where my room is. Finally, I entered the assigned code to the actual room and still didn't work. So, I was let it again by this person. I called the helpline again and finally somebody answered and had to reprogram my code until it finally worked.

I would give a better score if not for the fact that the hotel was in the middle of redecorating during my stay. I would have thought most hotels close during such a process. The room and the common area was good. But the rest of the hotel was in shambles and smelled strongly of glue. Not a great experience. I also had to ask for the door code as I did not receive this ahead of time (and yes, I did check my spam folder). The issue was promptly sorted out, however. Overall the experience was decent, but at the price I expect the hotel to be neat and tidy, and not in the middle of major redecorating.

The location is central walking distance to shops and restaurants in Reykjavik. Bus stops are a 3-5 minute walk for excursion pickups. The staff is friendly and patient, especially after an issue with a lock. I would recommend a suite with access to the common area. The common area is comfortable with all necessary items.

It was in an excellent location for easy walking distance to central Reykjavik. Numerous restaurants and shops. Three minute walk to a bus stop for excursions. Staff is friendly.

Warm, Modern, Cozy.

Sentralt og praktisk utstyrt. Svært lytt mellom rommene(Forbehold om å sove med ørepropper) Noe knotete dørlåssystem.

Nice room, noisy clubbing area

Great location - easy to walk everywhere. Finding parking throughout the city is a challenge but the room includes a binder with information including a parking map.

Stay was great. Location was central, and access to amenities was great.

The stay was great. Loud music could be heard on Friday night until ~4am. Luckily we were on the fourth floor so it was manageable. Bathroom was small but worked. Location was great, but relying on a park house was unfortunate. Distance to popular Reykjavik destinations could not be better.

Very cozy property, quiet, clean, and centrally located. Owners were super responsive over email before and during our stay. Location can't get any better for Reykjavik. Would certainly stay there again.
