Definitely enjoy a perfect onsen experience here, the hotel provide shuttle bus service anytime and all the staff are polite and helpful, the environment is great and the public bath and the rest zone are very good and surprised me ! A lot of free ice cream and fruits , there a massage sofa too! Really amazing experience here!!!!! The breakfast and dinner really make me feel amazing !!!! Strongly recommend!!!!

住宿環境優美及整潔，房間設有私人溫泉放鬆身心，晚上在露台時可觀賞星星。餐廳提供的晚餐及早餐均新鮮美味，部份料理更會即場展示製作過程，讓人難忘的體驗。旅館提供接送服務往返住宿及有馬溫泉駅外，更協助接送至往六甲山纜車的位置，十分貼心，解決了非自駕遊的問題。最後服務人員十分友善，感謝他們的協助讓旅程變的更為順暢，渡過了一個愉快及放鬆的假期。

这次是第三次入住了，旅馆不大，喜欢这里安静，除了温泉极好外，特别喜欢早餐和晚餐，泡完温泉后慢慢享受精致丰富的美食，员工的素质也很好，每次有需要都会得到他们的帮助，下次还会再来。

房間設備完善，就是房外的私人風呂溫度不是太夠溫熱。懷石料理味道很好很有創意。－應服務人員態度良好，下次會再一次來這温泉酒店。

A very nice place with friendly and helpful staff. We are also impressed by the dinner and breakfast. My 3-year old kid loves this Onsen hotel very much too. We will definitely come again for another stay.

食物非常出色，又有特式又好味，大部份野食都係即時整比客人食，好值得試一試他們的晚餐和早餐 。只係地方有少少遠

有馬溫泉區比較舊，但這間酒店已經比較新，晚餐及早餐豐富極了，員工服務一流。如再有馬溫泉逗留一晚，這間是不二之選。

位於有名有馬溫泉區，驚然溝通係有問題,所有員工只有說日文，令我們入住極不度滿，我們覺相片同事實不同，受騙的感覺,好在食物非常精彩,這個是值得加分的,如果溝通可以再好的話,我們今次旅程就圓滿，我希望大家亦地宜處，

the services was very good

Resort was tidy and nice, the staff of the resort were friendly and professional, but the shuttle car driver was a bit grumpy, and insensitive to customers’ needs. While we asked if he could drop us off to the town, he insisted to take us back to the hotel to check-in as he didn’t believe we have already check-in in the morning. And when we leave the resort, he insisted us to sit and wait in the car for other passengers, we were there for over 15 minutes with all doors and windows closed. it was hot and stuffy.
