方便，位置好，干净。

When i booked in Traveloka, i chose and write into special request that i want a room with double bed. But when i checked in, the receptionist said to me that today there' are so many guests, so they cann't change to another room with double bed. Actually we are a couple but with the bed which is so small like that, maybe we cann't sleep. As also 2 bed is with high one and short one. So even thought we tried to put them together, nothings ' changed better. Aboout the staff, with 4 stars hotel but receptionist seems not to be friendly who talked to their 's customers with no smile🤨. We used to stay in many hotels of many countries but this hotel's not good one about the service. I checked in online booking site and see that they are still selling rooms with double bed but they said there are no for them. Room is too small. The only good one is near from subway but arround seems to be silence and bored. You must take subway or taxi about 30 minutes to go inside the center.

They told us that they haven't recieved my payment and they haven't allowed us to check in when I was there
