原本看評論是一家好飯店，結果這是一家很糟糕的飯店，飯店人員一點都不友善，詢問有沒有熱水壺可以煮熱水泡牛奶給寶寶，服務人員回覆態度糟糕，房間裡面也都沒有暖氣供應，checking in 的時候有付停車費，當我們把車子開到地下停車場的時候，飯店櫃檯人員衝到地下停車場跟我們大聲吼叫說我們沒有付停車費，實在是很無言與生氣😡，後來到櫃檯了解原因：原來是飯店櫃檯人員沒有把我們的房間註明有付停車費，飯店櫃檯人員態度還是很囂張無理的裝沒事，下次再也不會來這家飯店住宿

這飯店沒有服務，櫃台人員態度非常惡劣，不知道這件飯店是怎麼訓練員工的，明明就有付停車費，密碼卻不能用，打電話請櫃台幫我開門，還理直氣壯的跑下來跟我說，我沒付停車費，搞到最後是她自己沒有把我們的車牌打上，所以我們的密碼不能進來停車，問他這樣是不是要跟我們道歉，她一副很跩的說I'm sorry. 就這樣。沒事別來這家飯店住，住的非常不爽。

La zona está céntrica para caminar. El hotel es básico pero está bien. El personal amable.

L hotel presente un bon rapport qualité prix. Seul petit défaut pour quand on est en vacances petit dejeuner jusqu'à 9h30 seulement. localisation pratique car trams proches. Quartier pas terrible mais pas trop loin de quartiers meilleurs.

Gutes Frühstück. Tiefgaragenplatz im Hotel nur 15 €.

Muy limpia, cuidada y nueva. La ducha hay que cuidar que no salpique y el lavabo un poco atascado, el resto, todo perfecto

La chambre était propre, mais une odeur désagréable était persistante (ofeur de serpillère sale)

Les chambrent ne sentent pas bon du tout . Il manque une ilumination plus chaleureuse au lobby

The room was great, but I couldn’t change the air conditioning and I didn’t have access to YouTube (like they claimed). But the property and the breakfast is great.

I noticed 2 bugs on the bedsheets and near the bed, and after checking I’m nearly certain they were bedbugs. I ended my stay early and discarded some clothing. It’s a shame because the location is very accessible and the staff were overall okay, but I wouldn’t return.

Friendly staff, extremely helpful and approachable. Had some issues with the shower not draining properly, resulting in some minor flooding. Overall, very positive experience.

La relación calidad precio es buena y es confortable sin lujos. Está bien situado para visitar Lyon.
