The rooftop breakfast was very good, eggs cooked to order. Room 401 had a balcony and big windows to let the light in. Really nice bathroom with heated floor in front of the sink. Very good value for money - the best value we have had in 3 weeks in Myanmar. Easy walk to boat hiring people on the canal.
