The stave very friendly and good

Hotel berada sekitar 5-10 menit dari stasiun kereta. Hotel kecil tapi nyaman. Pelayanan baik walau tidak ada yang bisa berbahasa inggris. Banyak restoran di sekitar hotel.

Hotel yang menyenangkan, karyawan hotel sangat ramah dan tidak jauh dari stasiun, kota Niigata indah kami disambut salju tiap hari. Hotel menyediakan payung saat salju. Rekomendasi good.

It was very nice to stay to this hotel, it's easy to reach this hotel within only less than 5 minutes by walk from the station (Bandai Exit)

Clean, small but well arranged, quite near from niigata station. View from hotel is nothing special. Good for business, or short time stay.
