The reception lady Dona is very helpful. But the room is not really clean, under a pillow there have some biscuits.

WiFi was great, clean room and lovely reception staff. You could hear people in the corridor but not in the rooms adjacent to yours, which was nice. The restaurant seemed to have a decent flow of people throughout the hours of service. The only problem I encountered was at 9.15, when the cleaning staff knocked on my door (as I was changing) and let themselves in to ask if I was checking out that day. I responded by saying, yes by 10am and they just left. Other than that, lovely trip, would highly recommend!

This should not be advertised as a hotel on Hotels.com as it a conference centre with some small rooms. It also doesn’t have a restaurant on site as advertised it has a canteen at best with limited options.

Ideal overnight stay close to The Stables music event

Still great place to stay. One issue. The manager needs to change delivery time of items delivered at 5.50 am. The lorry and delivery driver must have woken every guest in the front half of the hotel. Considering the business is a place where people stay to sleep. That’s not good. But stayed before and would stay again. Just not a room at front of hotel.

Room was ideal as a disabled person, shower room etc… however was a long walk ( ground floor ideal though).. Very Clean & staff were very supportive

More like a university hall of residence than a hotel

I got a £60 parking fine!!! I parked outside for the night, it was pitch black when I arrived and was raining hard. I was not told by the receptionist that I had to enter my car registration to validate parking. It's a large car park, on hotel land, and mostly empty, and not obvious that there are parking validation requirements here.
