鄰近遊客中心，參加day tour都很方便，距離火車站大約10至15分鐘步程。員工友善，房間整潔，有露台，對住條河真係好靚！酒店餐廳的法國餐很美味，一定要試！附近很多餐廳及店舖，有間中國人開的日本餐廳Miso-Sushi，老闆夫婦都很好人，建議一試。Verdun雖然細，但環境好靚，徒步遊覽行不同景點也很方便，周圍都係古蹟。

Staff were very nice and hotel is lovely and in great location. The aircon did not work and after requesting help twice nothing was done to fix it. We stayed two nights in middle of heat wave. We would stay again but only if confirming air conditioning is included.

Morgenmad er bedre og billigere i byen. Personalet er super rare og hjælpsomme. Balkon er super at have og dejligt med floden lige foran. Parkering er fint i lukket gård (porten var i stykker) der findes en elbil lader. Vores tv var i stykker så den ene nat kunne man ikke slukke det med dårlig nattesøvn til følge, så lavede de det men nej stadig ikke i orden så nul TV og nul afslag i prisen! Bruser dryppede og toiletbrættet sad løst men ellers fint rum

Très bel hôtel aux chambres spacieuses, avec jardin, par ailleurs bien placé à proximité de l'office de tourisme et de cafés/bars et restaurants.

Vous demander une chambre calme sur jardin et on vous donne une chambre sur la rue et le bar musical ai pieds de l hôtel De surcroît les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisés Dommage car on prend une chambre d hôtel pour dormir…. Il faudrait recruter du personnel compétent qui lit les emails que l on envoie Petit déjeuner un peu cher pour la qualité

Our room was clean. The hotel is lovely, good location and a great breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was disappointing that they did not have a restaurant. After a day travelling, it would have been nice not to go out to eat, although there are a good choice of restaurants nearby.

Hat alles super gepasst, tolle Lage, mitten in der Stadt, kein Grund dort Auto zu nutzen. Fenster könnten mehr schallisolierung brauchen, war halt auch 14. Juli..

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It has always been a pleasant stopover. However this time when we accessed our room it was like an oven. The airconditioning had not been turned on and it was found not to be working. We asked at reception for assistance and when inspected we were told that it will be on soon. 2 hours later still not working. Called reception and they saiid someone would attend to it while we were at dinner. Returned at 9.0 pm still not working and room even hotter. We were then moved to another room and i asked if a/c was working. We were told it was. It wasn’t working and we both spent a sleepless night due to the heat. Also the fridges in both rooms were not working, so unable to cool drinks.

Chambre basique et propre, environnement calme. Le lit était cependant assez bruyant à cause des ressorts. Les serviettes étaient très fines et de petite taille. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers 9 h, beaucoup de choses étaient déjà vides et peu réapprovisionnées. Le choix était assez limité et peu varié.

Really enjoyed my time the room was clean the staff was friendly fresh croissants in the lobby were a nice touch.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. On site parking was a huge plus. Room was fine. Location is great for walking the city center and river. Beautiful back garden sitting area. Breakfast was very good.
