I will definitely stay again. The rooms are comfortable, even though the photos on Expedia do not adequately represent them, the rooms in the photos are much nicer. But they are clean and the ac worked, plus the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, the pool was all drained and undergoing repairs, so that was a disappointment. But, like I said, I would go back again.

Washroom could have been better equipped n clean. Room service is slow need to call couple of times to get response. Breakfast buffet spread is good.

Location is great. The rooms are in need of renovation, especially bathrooms. They are not in line with a 3 star hotel.

Located in a very beautiful location with fantastic lake view. Perfect for family stays or any functions. Food is excellent and the service was good. Very pleasing staff in the restaurant.

Since when Naveen was taken over from the Taj Gateway management, there seems to have been no upkeep. Food was disappointing. Overall the cleanliness has come down drastically. There was a foul smell on the entire first floor lobby till inside my room. Toiletries were sub standard. Lawns were shabbily kept with garbage and debris everywhere. What a waste of a great property

it seems there were no renovations for a long time. pool tiles were broken, pool lights just hanging

Hotel staff need to be more attentive .All other facilities are good

Nice hotel, well located. However food is ordinary and service is very slow
