best location and best service!!

1.姨姨煮的早餐超好吃，那碗米線是整個云南最好吃的一碗，雞蛋煎得好好食，想起去世家人住的味道！ 2.前台是位大美女，人溫柔又細心，還準備了甜蜜的草莓蛋糕，好驚喜！ 3.環境乾淨舒服，床好睡，洗手間乾淨，感覺很舒服放鬆 4.一定會再來！

客栈位置很不错就在丽江古镇中心木府得旁边，客栈内设施很新，服务也一流，非常满意。

Vom 7.-10.1.2026 haben wir 3 Nächte im Lize Graceland Artistic Suite Inn verbracht. Schon bei den Vorbereitungen hat uns Julia, die übrigens sehr gut Englisch spricht, per WeChat beraten sowie den unentgeltlichen Transport vom Bahnhof Lijiang organisiert. Der Empfang durch Julia und ihre Mitarbeiterinnen war dann auch entsprechend herzlich und zuvorkommend. Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein altes «Historical Building» in der Altstadt von Lijiang, das sehr gepflegt ist. Hier fühlt man sich sehr willkommen, gut aufgehoben und jeder Wunsch wird einem erfüllt. Julia war auch jederzeit per wechat erreichbar. Sie versorgte uns mit zahlreichen Tipps zu Restaurants etc. inkl. Beschreibung des Standortes. Sie machte es uns wirklich sehr einfach, damit wir uns problemlos in den verwinkelten Gassen der Altstadt von Lijiang orientieren konnten. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, ruhig, sehr sauber und äusserst modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Den Transfer zum Bahnhof Lijiang wurde ebenfalls kostenlos organisiert. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und insbesondere Julia des Lize Graceland Artistic Suite Inn unternehmen wirklich alles, damit man sich wie zu Hause fühlen kann. Wir können das Lize Graceland Artistic Suite Inn auf alle Fälle wärmstens und vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

We booked this stay for the last night of our anniversary trip! The accommodation is located within the old town, thus no cars are allowed to enter. However the hotel staff had already contacted me far in advance to arrange luggage pick up so arriving to the hotel was very easy! They also arranged a quieter room for us and surprised us with a cake too! We loved the stay, very different to your usual city hotels but regardless it had all the amenities we needed. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and location is quiet yet a stones throw away from tourist spots.

I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, and best customer service. Recommended that others visit this, and I can assure you that they will never regret it.

Julia was extremely helpful in arranging different excursions outside town. She made our stay memorable.

Had a fantastic stay at Lize Graceland! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The Inn was spotless, and our room was both vlean and comfortable. Great location and excellent service- highly recommend!

The property is absolutely stunning, the team are so hospitable and fabulous, they made our stay the most memorable ever. Special thanks to Julia for her assistance in organising so many activities for us, we’re very grateful to of had such a magical experience.

No need to look any further for a place to stay in Lijiang if you’re planning to come here for a few days of tourism: this hotel is near the middle of the main old town/walking area is a fantastic value at less than 150usd a night. The washroom is modern and everything else is stylistically well designed and maintained in the moremore traditional fashion. Most impressively though was the level of detail and care provided by the warm and welcoming manager of the hotel and her staff. She double checked our itinerary to ensure we would have enough time for each step, gave recommendations, and helped us organize transportation where necessary. She offered cakes and tea for when we returned in the evening, and packed a small to-go bag of breakfast, knowing we had an early-morning departure. I’ve stayed in countless 4/5 star hotels and have never experienced this much helpful, yet non-intrusive hospitality from any other lodging.

The hotel is located at excellent location of Lijiang old town. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Lize Graceland Artistic Suite Inn is located in the midst of the many crisscrossing streets of Lijiang’s Ancient City. Eateries and shops abound around the inn. It may be a little hard to find for first time visitors but the staff does a great job directing you to a nearby location and then meeting and accompanying you to the inn. Speaking of the staff, starting with the manager Julia, they are very helpful and personal with their service. We came up from Dali and Julia made all the arrangements for our trip back. They answered all our questions and provided information about what to do and where to visit. Our room was spacious and clean and we were met with a tray of coffee, tea and snacks. Julia obviously understands that happy and satisfied customers make for a successful business. My wife and I highly recommend this place.

Great location in the center of the Dayan old Town. Super clean and stylish. Five-star services.

Was really nice experiences with the kindest staff there. Highly reccomend everyone to visit Lijiang Gucheng and stay there.

Hotel location is good. We have warm welcome everyday by service staff and well taken care not only on hostel but also of knowledge of tour around in town or short tour to other place.. my 2nd time of staying this hotel and I like the view here.. we enjoy by having tea.break section served by this hotel.. nice to stay here..
