The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

I love the room we were given! The check-in process was smooth and fast, the room looks old but vintage as well. It's a big room with a nice view of LD. The receptionist was helpful when we asked for the iron, though we had to wait for it till the room service is available at 8 AM. Thank you for the good time, Grace Hotel. 💕

The room is spacious, but the overall cleanliness could be improved. The table is dusty, and the towels are old and worn out. Nevertheless, parking is available in the basement.

Didn't like the location of the hotel, which required a bit of walking to get to restaurants and supermarket, The room is huge but my room door looked like it was disintegrating. The bathroom sink leaked and the entire bathroom smelled really bad, with insects hovering under the sink.

Cleanliness not up to bare minimum.

Walaupun hotel lama tapi bersih dan keluasan bilik sangat besar. Staf kaunter pun mesra dan baik layanannya. Pasti akan datang lagi untuk tinggal di hotel ini pada masa akan datang

Will repeat again, cuma bagi wangi sikit. Overall semua ok. Staff front pon peramah. ⭐️

This accomodation has a good location and car park, but the rooms I stayed in was not well maintained, TV only has 3 channels, bathroom's air ventilator wasn't functioning and there are cockroaches 😰.

Semua oke kecuali tekanan airnya kuat. Waktu pagi mau mandi jadi masalah. 3/5 bintang. bilik sangat selesa dan luas. keluarga 3 anak masih selesa.

Friendly receptionist, nice view and comfy place to relax but the AC was quite noisy. And some staff making noises while doing work at night and dawn. No breakfast included.
