The staff is friendly and helpful. We do not understand Russian so we translated our conversations. They are patient and tried best to help. The breakfast is incredibly good including everything you can think of, bread, pastry, hot dishes, fruit, milk, salad, and more. We are happy

Need improvement in many areas

The check-in was okay but received some weird questions about potential smoking in the room. I am a non smoker and still had to justify that I wouldn't engage in smoking? Positive: Nice hard bed with comfortable pillows and good quality linen. Across the road from Small supermarket and a decent fast food place with a variety of international cuisine. Negative: No swimmingpool as heavily marketed and promised in the information from Expedia, No massage service available, Breakfast was a complete joke and I only had some watermelon before leaving for another hotel, TV was not working or maybe it was the remote control, approx. 15 minutes before getting hot water in the shower. Would I stay here again, I don't think so.
