Clean property

we liked how modern it was and clean. it was also in a great loacation right in front of coco bongo so if ur ok with noise at night then no problem. when we got there we didnt have a fridge so we had to wait for the next day for them to install it and by the time we got back to the hotel the next day at night it was installed but not plugged in lol. we were never able to figure out our safe situation since we were having problems with it but its fine. everything else was great

Está muy bien ubicado, pero el frigobar no enfriaba y la bañera transparenta a la habitación cuando alguien se está bañando, no es cómodo.

Hotel de Stilo moderno habitación muy amplia cerca de todo restaurantes bares tiendas etc

one of the nicest inexpensive hotels that found in Playa del Carmen. and the staff is very nice

No Parking!!! Site says there is free parking , but there is not. You have to try and park on the street which is super crowded and have to pay for it, or have to park in a lot which you also have to pay for. Nothing crazy, but not free. Room was amazing though, super clean and nice. Close to everything, workers there were friendly and helpful just didn’t speak English.

Esperienza terribile. Hotel sporco, puzzolente (odori di fritto e cucinato proveniente dai locali attigui), personale a dir poco improvvisato e non curante. Ciliegina sulla torta, abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico del bagno che non funzionava e il ragazzo della reception ci ha prima dato come soluzione quella di andare al bagno pubblico e dopo mia insistente richiesta si è presentato alla nostra porta con uno stura lavandino dicendomi “tieni fallo da solo”! Se viaggiate da queste parti evitatelo!

The hotel Had no outside signage making it very difficult to find. The check in clerk need some Customer skills training . Staff was helpful Large room with 2 double beds .

Estaría mejor si tuviera estacionamiento, al no contar con uno propio hay que dejar el vehículo en la calle y pagar parquímetro. El baño no tiene privacidad, la regadera está al descubierto porque está dividida de la habitación por un vidrio. Está más enfocada a parejas.

We had a short stay before flying out of Tulum. Location is awesome very short walk to 5th avenue but far enough to not be super noisy. Room was good size with 2 big beds. Bathroom was good sized too Japanese restaurant below was great too. Pool / rooftop was bit of a letdown. Pool needs maintenance and there is no shade over pool or lounges so way too hot to hang out for more than a few minutes. Would recommend if just want a room and don’t need a pool or breakfast.

ホテルで起こるべき全ての災難にあったようなホテルだった。 目の前がナイトクラブなので22時～朝4時まで騒音が煩い。曜日不定でホテルの屋上でライブも行われているので、その場合は19時～23時にまるでライブハウスの楽屋にでもいるような騒音に悩まされるのでまともに眠れない。 スイートに滞在してたが、浴槽と部屋の仕切りはないので風呂に入る度に部屋の床が水浸しでまるで風呂に住まわされているようだった。 部屋の設備に冷蔵庫と記載してあるが、冷蔵庫が置かれていたと思われる場所には何もなかった。 What’sAppでホテルに冷蔵庫がない件を問合せたが、スタッフを向かわせると連絡はあったが滞在中の６日間、誰もスタッフは訪ねてこなかった。 ６日間滞在したが、隅っこが薄っすら汚れたベッドのシーツが取り換えられたことは一度もなかった。 毎日ペットボトルの水をサービスしてくれるはずだが、日によってペットボトルは置いてあったりなかったりする（チップをはずんでも置いていない日もある） 最初に部屋に入った時に床に髪の毛が落ちまくっていた。

Vår vistelse var bra då vi behövde ett hotell att mellanlanda på efter en 18-timmarsresa till Mexiko. Rummen var i dugligt skick. Läget var centralt men inte lyhört. Städningen var bra. Sängarna var toppen!

I booked this hotel because it stated breakfast was included with the booking when i checked in i was told it was not included. that i would have to go to the restaurant and ask which was down the street at another hotel. the next morning i went and they told me i would not be getting my breakfast included with my stay. they told me i would have to call Expedia and work it out with them. very disappointing

Room was big and very comfortable. Hotel was easy to find, and we really like the keyless entry.

Good location, room had a bit of a sewage odour intermittenly. Comfortable bed, nice shower. Hotel hallways a little on the dark side. Ok for the price.
