When we entered the room for the first time, it smelled musty. We had to open the balcony door the whole night. The toilet leaked nonstop. The reception desk staff are not professional. Staff lounging (lying down) on the sofa in the lobby while talking on the phone.

Ich habe Ende Mai 2026 vier Nächte im Hotel Residence Fleurie verbracht und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Obwohl ich erst gegen 22 Uhr angekommen bin, war der Check in problemlos möglich. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass in Agadir meist besser Französisch als Englisch gesprochen wird. Trotzdem konnte ich mich immer verständigen. Die Lage des Hotels hat mir besonders gefallen. Der Souk El Had ist zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso mehrere Parks. Die Gegend wirkte auf mich sehr sicher und auch der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Auf dem Weg dorthin gibt es viele kleine Geschäfte und Souvenirläden. Das Zimmer war für den Preis wirklich sehr gut. Besonders praktisch war die eigene Küche mit den vorhandenen Utensilien, wodurch man flexibel bleibt. Frühstück wird ebenfalls angeboten. Für meinen Geschmack gab es jedoch bessere Alternativen in der Umgebung. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich das Café Anice, wo man bereits ab 40 MAD frühstücken kann. Auch die Anreise ist unkompliziert. Der Flughafen Shuttle fährt regelmäßig ins Stadtzentrum und die Endhaltestelle liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Für mich bietet das Hotel ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Freundliches Personal, eine gute Lage und komfortable Zimmer machen es zu einer klaren Empfehlung.

It was smooth and easy checked in. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the breakfast needs to include more choices. Clients should have access to coffee and snacks throughout the day.

Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, jedoch schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool. Pool sieht ebenfalls sauber aus, wurde von uns jedoch wegen der kalten Außen Temperaturen nicht genutzt. Super Frühstück.

The hotel is run down, our balcony door did not shut so noise and wind coming through at night. Shower door did not shut so bathroom was flooded with every shower. Sink had a crack in it, mirror backing was faded, tables in restaurant all rocked. The hotel photos are very deceiving. The fridge was arms distance from the bed. The good points are that the hotel was very clean and spotless. The staff were really nice and helpful.

Room was clean, with comfortable bed. Decent shower. Large fridge freezer. Small pool, but area around very clean, with Abdul on hand. Breakfast in cafe next door was a selection of eggs, olives, bread , fruit , yogurt, teas and coffee

Ideal spot if you don't mind cats wandering around the hotel lobby and out by the pool. The sun loungers at the pool didn't have mattresses either although a towel was available if required. Not an option if you want comfort for any length of time....

Amazing stay, breakfast was poor however

Its not a 5 star hotel so dont expect luxury. It does need modernization and a lick of paint here and there but everything is clean and staff friendly and respectful, you get a pool and breakfast. For what it is you wont find a cleaner place. If you want luxury then pay for a more expensive hotel.

The staff in the breakfast room is working very quickly and good and they're helpful, when u need sth. The breakfast is good and more than average. Also they smile. Reception people are normal, not superfriendly. The Hoya at the pool is working very hard. He is very caring and lovely with the kids, who go swimming there without parental surveillance, even if it's a rule there. He is also friendly with adults of course, bringing the pool towels and he also is smiling. Thank you for all, dear staff of the Fleurie 😊

I checked in at 2am and stayed one night. Check in was super quick and the room was cozy and clean. Good Cafe right next to the entrance. Would recommend it always again.

Excellent reception, excellent service, excellent location. The pool guy is wonderful.
