everything is good

I lived in the Saguenay and left 8 years ago. The night before we moved away we stayed at the hotel. At the time, it was brand new at the time and I was very impressed, so much so that I purposely booked for this short visit on my first time back. The one thing that struck me is that the parking lot still isn't paved...8 years later! This is a perceived high end hotel, otherwise worthy of a 5 star rating, but because the lot remains gravel, I cannot grade it that way. What gives?

We had a great three night stay. The staff are helpful and friendly. The outdoor spa was a great way to wind down at the end of a day of exploring the Fjord. Boefish was delicious and made deciding where to go for dinner easy! Dog friendly!

Très propre, près de toutes les commodités et services. Plusieurs restaurants pour tous les goûts à proximité. Piscine intérieure et extérieure (plaisir beau temps, mauvais temps)

Really enjoyed my stay in Sagueney. The hotel was very comfortable with clean, modern rooms and plush bedding. My 4-year old had fun in the pool and while my husband and I did not get to spend much time in the spa, it was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. My only minor issue was the location, while it was conveniently located on the main road, it meant we were looking out on a Winners sign and you could see a Starbucks drive through and loading dock from the spa. This distracted slightly from the calm atmosphere but minor and out of the hotels control. I look forward to trying the Sherbrooke location this fall.

Très agréable séjour

Très bon hôtel avec une belle piscine et spa. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Une étoile en moins car nous avons eu affaire à des voisins bruyants durant une nuit au cours de notre séjour de 3 nuits.

A lovely hotel with attentive and friendly staff. A lovely room, and the swimming pool and spa facilities are really pleasant.

Breakfast awesome. The spa 100 percent. Cist is value was excellent. Only complaint wad the elevators being a bit slow and two different buttons to control each. Really a small issue. All else very good.

Vous ne serai pas déçu!

Pas du tout un cinq étoiles. Situé dans une zone industrielle. Chambre mal conçue malgré ses 33 m2, surtout avec une personne à mobilité réduite. Peu d’espace entre les lits et devant. Salle de bain minuscule. Aucune aide. Petit déjeuner nul.
