我在出差期间入住英特盖特酒店四晚，酒店完善的设施和周到的服务给我留下了深刻的印象。酒店在特定时间提供小吃和下午茶，还有特色咖啡，甚至为晚上想吃点东西的客人准备了简单的晚餐（米饭配汤）。这家酒店非常干净，地理位置优越，紧邻地铁站，提供熨斗和办公桌（对商务旅客来说非常实用），员工热情友好，一楼还有便利店。强烈推荐给家庭和商务旅客。

酒店交通非常便利，一楼有超市，靠近车站，去迪士尼、市中心等景点都很方便。强烈推荐。

地理位置优越，离火车站不远。入住/退房手续在自助办理机上办理。房间很挤，枕头味道很重。我要求换枕头，但他们没有。真令人失望。我被迫在没有枕头的情况下睡觉。我的睡衣被放到了浴缸里，但没有换。我打电话给客房服务要求换，但他们只换了。真令人失望。

非常安全和舒适。气氛平静。靠近银座购物中心。靠近东京站。酒店周围有很多餐馆。酒店楼下有一家全家便利店。酒店很干净。

The location of the hotel is close to Ginza, and there is a Ginza line subway station in front of the hotel. The distance from Tokyo station to the hotel is about 12 minutes walk. The rooms at this hotel are also OK and comfortable. Right under the hotel, there is a convenience store. Overall, my family and I enjoyed staying at this hotel during our holiday in Tokyo.

Tempatnya cukup strategis, dekat stasiun metro, di bawah hotel ada Family Mart, jadi bisa beli makanan atau camilan di sana. Kamarnya cukup nyaman, amenities lengkap, disediakan pakaian tidur juga. Kelemahannya mungkin lift selalu berhenti di lantai 2. Selebihnya pelayanan cukup baik.

Amazing hotel at a fantastic location. Direct subway from Haneda airport and 10 mins walk from Tokyo station with direct bus to Narita. 5 mins away from all shops in Ginza. Highly recommend.

Was there for a business trip & chose this hotel because it was right next to the train station entrance and near my office. Very good experience from checking in to leaving, everything in between was fantastic, especially the staff! Room I chose was of a decent size too. Will definitely consider this place when I'm in town again!

Less than 5 mins walk to 2 subway stations, one of which is the Toei Asakusa Subway Line to airports. Will definitely be back again if in Tokyo. Very helpful reception staffs. Thanks! There's no laundry services so may not be good for long stay.

The hotel is located in a very strategic place! It only took 3 minutes to the nearest metro station. The service from staffs are also superb! Although sadly you cannot really got an early check-in because the earliest time you can check-in is at 14.00 (an hour just before the exact check-in time) and you need to pay additional fees of 2000 yen. Overall it was a good hotel, not big but excellent for tourists that want to have easy access around Tokyo.

Excellent hotel. Very modern, friendly, complete facilities, free flow of soft drinks, wine 😘, tea coffee, light snacks, even light supper (8-10pm). Location score is 9.5 (50 m from Takaracho st, 100 m from Kyobashi st, & 600 m fr Tokyo st). Family mart and 711 are next door. Located in business center areas. There are many restaurants, ramen stations, shops etc inside the Tokyo st. Definitely we will return 👍.

มีอาหารว่างให้ทานตลอดวัน ถือว่าบริการเสริมน่ารักมาก เดินจากสถานีไม่ไกลและยังเดินไปพระราชวังอิมพีเรียลและย่านช้อปปิ้งกินซ่าได้สลายๆ

เดินไกลจากจุดขึ้นลงรถไป-กลับสนามบิน จากโรงแรมเดินทางไปที่ท่องเที่ยวมีความสะดวก โรงแรมมีอาหารว่างให้แทบจะทุกช่วงเวลา

Amazing location, 5mins walk to Takaracho Station (Asakusa Line) or Kyobashi Station (Ginza Line), within a 10-minute walk to Tokyo station. The room was comfortable but really very small even for Tokyo standards. It took us some time to find a space to open both our 24 and 28 inch luggage. Bathroom was spacious however. Amenities in the room was great.
