Before arriving at this property, we had stayed at a Motel 6 where everything was damp and smelled unpleasant. We were really hoping this place would be better — and thankfully, it was! We finally slept in a dry, clean bed. The bathroom was comfortable and included shampoo and shower gel. There was a small fridge and a private microwave, which was very convenient. The room overall was cozy and well-equipped. Parking was easy and accessible, and we appreciated that the security cameras were working — it helped us feel safe and sleep peacefully. What could be improved: – We found false eyelashes and hair on the floor. – There was quite a bit of dust on the baseboards. – The lighting in the room was quite dim. Thank you for a nice and restful stay! 👍

Broke lamps informed the front desk and only thing that I received back was I’ll inform the manager Needs to do better job when a customer tells them about their room

It’s a ok place but had burn holes in the covers and when I asked for different ones I was told they didn’t have access to them but I was to tired to find another hotel and I was from out of town

The room looked just like the photos. It also looked like some upgrades had been made. Not the fanciest of places but was a perfect place to sleep after a long day on the road and after a concert in Chicago. The price was also great. Would definitely stay again if in the Chicago area. The only issue is that Google/Apple Maps has a hard time locating the facility. The staff member we spoke to said they have tried working with them but so far haven’t been successful in getting it fixed. No fault of the hotel, but we almost didn’t make our check in deadline because of it.

Affordable room for qhat it is worth

They were willing to early check me. I was traveling from Philadelphia.

Supposed ‘non-smoking room’ was a joke as I can still smell it in our clothes when we got home. We DO know the room had just been cleaned given that the floor was entirely to wet. They was dangerous, but without grab-bars or anything on the floor of a slippery tub, the shower was even more so. In retrospect we should’ve just tossed the (dirty) bath mat directly in the tub! Doesn’t draw the best crowd either.

Above expectations for the price. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable and well worth the money.

We checked in late and the front desk got us in quickly!

This place should have been torn down years ago. Old, smells, bad water. Never again. I would rather sleep in my car.

It was good stay while visiting Chicago, all as expected.

The Bed was about 1meter off the ground and the most comfortable I have slept in a budget Hotel.The smell of MarryJane was wafting thru the air and some how thru to the exhaust fan in the toilet...For the price okaydokayfine

Different bed sheets

My overall all feeling of my stay was disappointing. I was glad I rented the room for only one night. The room was unappealing and it looked old. The hair dryer didn't work and the iron was missing. The bathroom tub was chipped and the soap container was locked to the shower wall. I didn't feel safe. The staff didn't seem friendly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
